Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful to me when I arrived and also before.
I ordered a bottle of champagne to be left in my room before I arrived. They coordinated it perfectly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, all the food and drinks were fantastic . The staff was helpful in every way and always available.

Pros:

部屋をアップグレードしてもらい、バスタブのある快適な部屋に泊まれた。空港から10分でつくので、場所も良い。ホーチミンのメイン観光エリアにはGrabで15から20分くらい。

Cons:

The hotel allows smoking at the pool. I suffered a lot while using the pool. If possible, I suggest making an enclosed smoking area with ventilation away from the pool.
