Nice rooms but hotel experience overall was disappointing.
Pros:

I liked the rooms. They were clean and modern. The king bed was comfortable. And the view of the circle out of the window was nice.

Cons:

I thought I had booked 2 rooms with pull out couches and was told they weren’t available. I was able to receive a rollaway for each room, but unfortunately, I was charged $25 per night per room for the roll aways. They were incredibly uncomfortable. The staff was inattentive and a couple of them had bad attitudes. We did come in for the Fourth of July weekend and maybe the hotel was short staffed? Either way, we did not have that great of an experience with the staff. The worst part about this hotel was the rooftop pool was not exclusive to just hotel guests. Instead of keeping it open for hotel guests only, they open the pool for pool parties to the public at night. We were traveling with our family and this was a huge turn off. There was even a fight out in front of the hotel with pool party people one night. Pool towels were not being restocked and overall felt like I was at someone’s apartment vs as a paying customer.

Pros:

Fin Hotell med fin beliggenhet, Rommene var lyse, og trivelige. Sengene var gode men noe smal for to, badet flott med stilig dusj løsning. Personalt for det meste hyggelig å imøtekommende. Lite basseng i 14 etasje.

Excellent location and beautiful building
Pros:

The hotel itself was excellent to include the food. The staff was not a knowledgeable as one would expect.

Cons:

There was a parade that closed the road in front of the hotel--and the parking garage--that was not mentioned in any of the communications between me and the hotel until we arrived on site. This meant that we could not get our car out on that day nor return it until the parade was over. Also, the cost of the parking was extraordinary. I could not find where that cost was listed anywhere. Finally, while the food was excellent, the restaurant was closed the entire time of our stay for special events so we ate in the downstairs bar. This also was not mentioned anywhere prior to our booking the stay.
