Vicina ai punti più importanti della città , staff sempre accogliente , gentilissimi , stanza sempre pulita e ordinata , grande visuale dalla finestra
The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. It was a great location for going to the convention center, eating nearby, and sight seeing. The rooftop pool was great, though staff were not as warm as the front desk. Also loved the waterfall shower and the design. Hotel is women owned and was such a comfortable vibe.
The pool has limited seating with some people taking up both the cabanas and chairs leaving seating even further limited. There is no one monitoring the pool area so if someone leaves but leaves their towels the seats look taken but aren’t (also further limiting seating). We waited 20 minutes for towels as there weren’t any, after checking with the pool staff twice I called the front desk and new ones were brought up shortly after. The pillows in the room were really big/uncomfortable. I didn’t ask for different ones though so I don’t know if there were other options.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I booked a large room specifically for four guests, yet when we arrived, the room had only been prepared for two. The sofa bed was closed, and when I asked the staff how to open it, I was simply told to figure it out myself.
After opening it, I discovered there was no bedding. It took approximately two hours for someone to finally bring bed linen and prepare the bed.
Getting enough towels for four guests was even more frustrating. It took four separate requests and almost three hours before they were finally delivered. I had to call reception three times and eventually go to the front desk in person just to get something as basic as towels for the number of guests included in our reservation.
Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The sofa bed was shockingly uncomfortable. The following nights were extremely unpleasant, and I find it very difficult to understand how a hotel can charge for four guests while providing such an inadequate sleeping arrangement for two of them.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering that these were not complicated requests — we simply expected a room properly prepared for four guests, adequate bedding and towels, and a reasonable place to sleep.
I travel to this city every few months for business meetings, so the hotel has unfortunately lost not only this stay but also a potential repeat guest. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend it to others.
