Worse stay at a hotel I've experienced.

The staff tried to the best of their ability to fix the problems.

Cons:

The first room we were in the faucet was not secured to the counter top which was not a big deal because the MOD switched our room immediately. The next room we went to was visibly not cleaned and the tub had slow drainage. We cleaned the room to the best of our ability, but I had to ask for a vaccuum and cleaning solution to remove the soap scum from the tub. The hose didn't work so i couldn't get the crumbs off the couch. The solution was for a maintenance man to come and fix the problem between 9 and 930a.m. Saturday and to switch our room again. I informed the staff that we were not comfortable with maintenance being in the room at that time due to our children being there by themselves. I was informed that they would contact me when a room was available for us. Well the maintenance workers never came and we were not contacted to switch room. I addressed this to front desk that no one came and the ladies came up to fix the drainage problem and vaccuum places I could not clean the night before. My husband asked for the ladies to bring towels to replace some that they used, while they did return with towels after he closed the door he heard one of the ladies say I don't know why he wanted more towels they had some in there.

Great location for a short stay while visiting universities.
Pros:

The location is conveniently located near ACU and the price is reasonable. Staff is amazing and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Facility needs maintenance. The toilet paper holder was missing off of the hinge, cracks in the drywall, no ventilation in the bathroom, a hole underneath the mirror in the drywall and the sofa needs cleaned.

It was satisfactory for the money.

Pros:

The location was great. Close to restaurants, a short drive to the mall for something to do!

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room! We found previous guests clothing under the couch. The couch didn’t seem to have been cleaned.

Carpet was wet from having been cleaned recently. Bathtub caulking was sloppy and caked on in places. Mouse traps in bathroom and behind lamp table. Bath door hinges were heavily rusted. A/C thermostat temperature totally in accurate - had to be at 67 to get room to 72.

Pros:

room was clean on arrivala, bed adequate,breakfast ok

Cons:

ask for a new set of towels ..... when returning that evening did not have new set. Called desk and they sent some to the room

Dated but overall comfortable stay
Pros:

I’m not really sure why all the negativity about this location. It was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was what you get at most hotels. If you ask for extra bedding for the pullout couch, they will give it to you. The rooms provide plenty of space with some division between the bed and the pullout couch. It’s walking distance to several fast food restaurants.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working during this visit. The bathtub did need to be resurfaced. And the pool needed maintenance.
