Terrible Stay, burn down the building!

We didn’t have heat, we didn’t have hot water, the fridge was broken and upon us arriving they accidentally gave us a key to someone else’s room!!We walked in realizing this was a used room…..went down to tell the lady down stairs and she gave us the correct key. But for being winter and having so many hotel options….we chose this hotel and slept very cold with the kids. Then us being at a volleyball tournament all day we were ready to shower and when we turned on the water it was luke warm. But not warm enough to be comfortable. So Showers sucked!!! I will never stay in a Comfort Suites again!

Was in town for my yearly 4 day training.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The bed covers and pillow cases had several stains on them. Not very appealing.

I was in town for a medical procedure at Hendrick.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and temp in room was perfect. I usually don’t keep well in a motel - but I slept really great and so did my friend. No noise in hall or above -shower was hot and just they like it. I will stay there again if needed.

I am in town realtor and I do a lot of in town stays just to have the quiet time to work. I will choose this motel from your own out as well as refer it to other people. Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast had brown banana. Staff hard to find. No linens in bathroom.. washcloth looked like a grease rag.
