Overall, the space had potential, but the lack of comfort, cleanliness, and efficiency made this stay disappointing.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. Check-in took quite a bit of time, as it appeared the receptionist was in training. There was another staff member present who could have stepped in to assist, especially since several guests, including myself, were waiting in line.

Cons:

The hotel itself was extremely warm, which made the environment uncomfortable, and the AC in the room did not cool to a comfortable temperature. While the room was spacious, it lacked attention to basic details—there were no trash bags in the trash cans, the toilet paper was already halfway used, and the shampoo containers were nearly empty.

Don't trust your reservation status
Pros:

Staff tried to be helpful after being dismissive.

Cons:

Owners illegalie cancled our reservations and did not honor them even though we had a confirmation number. Just because they could get 3 times the rate they gave us for early reservations. This left us searching for rooms with a limited budget and no way to pay the newer high cost. Almost cost our students a chance to compete. I can belive anyone would be so underhanded now days. Be leary of your confirmation security on buisy days with this company running multiple hotels. Will never use them in future.

Worst it has ever been. Desk staff was excellent, was room was poorly cleaned and breakfast poor
Pros:

Breakfast was the worst it has ever been. Coffee was cold, no fruit, no yogurts, no muffins. I’m past several stays these times were all available. Not at all this time. Very poor for both mornings.

Cons:

The room was moderately clean. Window to room was full of smudges and stains. Window is so large so if it was not clean what else was missed. After numerous stays time to find a new hotel to stay in.

Could have been way better for the price
Pros:

The rooms were very clean

Cons:

The pool smell of chlorine was way to strong couldn’t even enjoy the pool and we were on the 4th floor and got a complaint from level 3 that our kids were walking and running to loud and management came and told us when our kids were not running they were just walking around playing with toys

If I could have stayed somewhere else I would have.
Pros:

Location was alright.

Cons:

Rooms needed work done. Shower tub needed to be replaced. Everything needed caulked. Just looked dilapidated. Due to the data centers being built this hotel was double or triple what it should have cost.
