good location .easy access to I 10..Very comfortable beds .Room was clean . staff were friendly. location was the best. The other areas we went to weren't very far from this central location. We went to the ferry in fort morgan, was a fun day.

Nice room. Bad breakfast.
Pros:

Easy access off the freeway. Close proximity to a number of restaurants and shops. Nice lobby. Room and linens were clean. Front desk person was helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast really let the hotel down. We got there at 8:15 ie 45 mins before it closed. The hot food trays were empty, no milk, no teabags, barely any plates/cups/utensils. Trash and spills by the food area. I had to ask the girl working there to replenish the milk which she did eventually and later brought some more hot food. Another guest said it had been bad for the three days they’d been there. Not enough food, not replenished often enough and not cleaned up. The hotel should cater for the amount of guests they have staying. I don’t expect a huge plate of food and eat small portions but this was awful.

I have difficulties finding mattresses that are comfortable to sleep on. It was nice being able to sleep and wake up refreshed instead of miserable.

Awful, I will not stay there again ever.

It was near the interstate. The bed and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The bed was clean, but had an uncomfortable mattress. The room itself had a lot of dust on everything and there were dead bugs on the floor.

Overall, the experience was good. I’m satisfied with my stay & would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was also good. We were traveling with a dog, and I really appreciated how smooth and easy both check-in and check-out were. There were no issues at all, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The only minor thing I noticed was that the room had quite high ceilings, and there was a bit of an echo. Sound seemed to carry easily - for example, when my dog barked, it felt like it could be heard throughout the hotel. It might be due to the flooring, as there was tile instead of carpet, but overall it wasn’t a major issue.

Cons:

Room did not have a functioning bolt lock. You could see light coming through the doors which means all the sounds carried. All floors in the hallway and room are hard which means all the dogs barking could be heard between rooms. It’s great to have dog friendly rooms but this is important for sound blocking.

Pros:

Nice room with plenty of space. A nice pool area. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly.

Cons:

We were running the Azealia Trail run in Mobile and ask for a 12 noon check out. Was surprised to learn it was a extra charge of $35.
