Great facilities and fresh decor
Pros:

Great facilities, lots of food choices on site, breakfast had a lot if options

Cons:

One reception staff member came across as a bit rude. We also have our room made up on one day and the glasses had not been replaced for clean ones.

Ηταν όλα πεντακάθαρα, το πρωινό πλουσιο

Cons:

Η κλειστη πισίνα ειχε κρυο. Δεν ειχαν τος θερμάνσεις ανοιχτές, και απο εκει που ειχε κουρτίνα εβγαζε κρυο αερα. Ο κόσμος ερχόταν να μπει στην πισινα με αποτελέσματα απο το κρυο να εφευγαν. Το αναφερα στο προσωπικό, δεν αλλαξε κατι.

Pros:

Hotel ładny ( część zewnętrzna) z super zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Pokój w którym byliśmy zameldowani ogólnie ok., ale na pewno nie na hotel z 4*, za to bardzo czysty. Śniadania bardzo dobre, pomimo uwag które opisałem (co mi się nie podobało) pobyt w miarę ok.

Cons:

Najbardziej denerwujące bylo nocne szuranie/przesuwanie foteli/stolika ktore w związku z brakiem wykładzin w pokojach (kafelki) potrafilo zerwać czlowieka na równe nogi 🫣. Jeżeli chodzi o pokój to meble/ wyposażenie raczej do wymiany. Jeżeli dostaniecie pokój z opisem "łączone" to znajdziecie w pokoju zablokowane drzwi do sąsiedniego pokoju a co za tym idzie bywa głośno. Ogólnie wpisana jako udogodnienie- dźwiękoszczelność, nie istnieje (drzwi do pokoju tak wygięte że w nocy widać dochodzące światło z korytarza). Wykładzina na korytarzu (3 pietro) w fatalnym stanie (plamy). Na pewno przy ponownym wyborze tego hotelu zastanowiłbym się nad wyborem lepszego standardu pokoju.
