Room was not what the pictures advertised showed. Room did not have what we purchased according to the pictures, room was run down and dirty. staff told us "nothing we can do" The first photo is what we got, the next 2 are what was advertised. We paid extra for the whirl pool room and they told us there was no such thing!
Tv was old coax, no hdmi or usb so could not connect to laptop or phones. Couldn't watch neflix, only 2 channels were available that worked. This is not acceptable.

Pool and hot tub was nice. We felt safe while staying. The shuttle was very helpful in us getting back and forth from the airport.
Carpet in our room was dirty and it was a bit challenging to walk to restaurants (but we did appreciate the list of available restaurants that deliver)

Quality of room, cleanliness, staff being rude, the building was falling apart. All the carpets were ripping in the hallway and the subfloor was falling in. Our bed was held up with boards

There was nothing to like . The rooms were nothing like we expected. Very run down and the carpet was so stained and dirty with bleach spots every where I wouldn’t take my shoes off. . The room was so dingy and dirty looking. Open the curtain this room was on the bottom floor and all you seen out the window was garbage and a disgusting mess of items everywhere. There wasn’t anything about the room that made it to any standard of room we were expecting. The young lady at the desk outright said that you booked it on line and that was the rooms for the online . She said that part of the hotel needed to be renovated. So to our understanding if you use sights like booking . Com they give you there below standard of rooms. I will never think about staying there again and I don’t know where it makes sense to go online to book a hotel room if that is the kind of accommodation that you are going to have. I am sorry but i refuse to go and pay for a hotel and then get booked in to a room like the one we were given and to be outright told those were the type of rooms that you would receive for booking with online booking sites.. I will have to truly think about ever booking with a online accommodation provider again .
Everything about this hotel was below average and nothing I would ever want to visit again.
Location and Breakfast was great.
The carpet in the hall was bubbling and a trip hazard. Hot tub jets were horrible.
