I really enjoyed my stay at Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around Dubai.
The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt more like a home than a hotel, which I really appreciated.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. They were quick to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
Housekeeping was reliable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a busy day.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
I would have preferred to have more variety for breakfast.

Spacious of the apartments
The other manager who was sometimes working in the evening opposite Ahmed another Manager was rude a few times. He was serving me and as soon as someone came speaking in his language he started serving them whilst I was waiting. This happened twice and never apologised then continued to assist me as nothing had happened.
As being a regular customer,, as expected,every thing was perfect,
It's was good stay in Dubai we like it
But I was surprised after my booking confirmation, when I came to the hotel reception they took 10 AED darhams from us why? Let us know
