It’s conveniently located near food and shopping, no need to get on the freeway! Fast easy access to I40 helps get you on the way to destinations around town.

Excellent service and a great bar staff!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown and had a very positive experience. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant service was excellent, with attentive wait staff who made dining easy and enjoyable. The bar was a standout during my stay. Vince, the bar manager, runs a great operation and keeps the bar well stocked, and Laurene is an excellent bartender. Both are knowledgeable mixologists and clearly take pride in their craft. If they have the ingredients, they’ll make it!

Great atmosphere, great service, and a comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here - many other hotels in area
Pros:

Booked two adjoining rooms. Only one had breakfast included. I accidentally entered 1 adult + 1 child instead of 2 kids — which would have generated one more voucher. At check-in I asked for a single courtesy voucher since they could clearly see two rooms under my stay. Flat refusal.

For a hospitality brand, the lack of basic customer service was unbelievable — especially as a Hilton Honors member and AMEX cardholder. They were willing to damage the guest experience over food that costs them pennies.

Other problems:
• Pool was freezing
• Elevator didn’t work
• Multiple staff were rude and dismissive

The only decent interaction was one morning staff member who brought me a ginger ale when I felt ill — yet I still had to go downstairs and pay to feed the kids.

Hotels lose repeat customers over moments like this. This property chose policy over common sense and courtesy. I’d recommend looking at Marriott Bonvoy before staying here.
