Pros:

The staff are responsive and friendly.

Cons:

This hotel is near major truck route. Highly suggest to avoid getting odd-numbered rooms which face the busy roads. Our first night was horrible. It felt like I was sleeping on a street. Noisy and non-stop traffic. Staff was attentive to our concerns and tried to correct the situation.

Basic accommodations
Pros:

Location is tucked away in a neighborhood with not much nearby. The highway next to the hotel has an almost constant traffic jam so it wasn’t really possible to get anywhere that we thought was “close”. The pool looked like the filters hadn’t been running in quite awhile - murky, cloudy water. Just in case you didn’t scroll down far enough on the description, it’s $10 per night to park.
Room was clean.

Pros:

The location was excellent for shopping, eating and attractions. There was trolley that passed by or you could just walk along the river. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Cons:

They couldn’t find our reservation and made US call bookings.com. After an hour booking.com straightened them out and we finally got to our room. We had requested a double queen but got a king. We requested an upper floor for quiet but got a ground level with a crying baby next door. There were several other issues. I always use bookings.com and stayed at several Fairfield’s but this time they let us down.

I enjoyed my stay except for the outside vehicle noise from the highway. It woke me up numerous time
