The air conditioning was not working properly. The room was cool but the humidity was extremely high to the point that the floors were wet, the window was dripping and clothing on hangers were wet.

Not going back too expensive and no service
Pros:

Never hot any service at all no coffee and our wet towels was not replaced way to high for rate 150.00 a nite that's insane!
