Buongiorno,
sono appena arrivata in hotel e ho scoperto che la piscina e la sauna sono chiuse per lavori di ristrutturazione.
Questa informazione non mi è stata comunicata prima della prenotazione.
Inoltre, lo staff mi aveva detto che piscina e sauna erano disponibili a pagamento ma non mi chiaro....
Questo è un disagio importante per me.A colazione ci sono alcune cose un po’ vecchie e non freschissime, ma comunque buone.
