Pros:

Wir als deutsche wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Trotz Sprachbarriere ( wir sprechen nur deutsch) war es für das Personal kein Problem. Das Hotel liegt in den Bergen, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto kamen wir überall innerhalb einer Stunde ans Meer, nach Pompeji, ins Zentrum Neapel und zum Flughafen.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, Personal war immer sehr nett und auch die anderen Gäste waren sehr freundlich. Haustiere sind auch willkommen. Für Leute, die die Natur lieben und auch gerne wandern ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet.
Vielen lieben Dank an das Personal. Wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice.We stayed with two babies and felt safe and welcome .Even we arrrived at 2 am we were welcomed with a warn smile . Room was big and having 4 beds was a blessing . The breakfast and late checkout were also a blessing . We had the softest and fluffiest croassants one can imagine . In the morning I took my babies out for a stroll and I enjoyed the nice fresh air .We will definitely come back . At departure Sebastian made sure I had a coffee for the road . The stuff is wonderful and pays extreme attention to the needs of the guests.

To be fair, the hotel was clean and well maintained. Air con worked well which was good as it was very hot when we visited.

Feel as though property was mis-sold to a degree as there is NO POOL available to use. This was one of the reasons for booking it in the first place. We were advised to use pool facilities in Avellino a few miles away. If there’s no access to a pool, why even mention it and/or put photos of one on the Expedia page? A bit misleading.

Restaurant on site doesn’t open until 7.30pm so as we had kids, we had to travel to nearby Avellino in search of an earlier meal. Breakfast was available but not ‘to order’ as described on Expedia. It was limited to cake. Cereal available but bowls and milk not available.

Slightly older member of staff (a gentleman) kept speaking to us in Italian and we made no secret of the fact we couldn’t speak a word. Yet he continued to talk AT US rather than TO US in Italian which became a bit bothersome as he would do it at every opportunity leaving us not knowing what he wanted or what he was saying. It ended up with us having to dash quickly to and from the lift past reception, avoiding eye contact on the way.

Lastly, don’t expect a restful night as the local dogs sleep during the day and spent ALL NIGHT (not even joking) barking to one another and even intermittent group howling in an effort to see who has the loudest vocal chords.

Un hôtel aux services limités.
L'annonce annonce une piscine, mais malheureusement il n'y en a pas.
Les photos sont très anciennes comparées à la réalité.
Le grand problème est que les personnels de la réception ne parle qu'italien, ce qui rend les communication très difficiles.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique. Le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité.

Dej værelse med skøn udsigt til Vesuv hotellet ligger i 700 meters højde rigtig flot skyerne lå nede i dalen vi havde blå himmel.

Camera carina e pulita con Jacuzzi e sauna, suggerirei un telefono in camera per contattare la reception.Complimenti al servizio massaggi la signora Svletana é fantastica un gioiellino che da quel plus, ristorante super Luisa e il compagno due splendide persone che sanno come trattare il cliente 10 punti per loro. Ci ritorneremo per assaggiare un ottimo pranzo. viaggio di coppia.
