On a positive note, I can highly commend the female massage therapist and the young lady working in the restaurant during breakfast — both were excellent.

Pay close attention to room and bed sizes when booking

When booking a room, it’s essential to carefully read the description of both the room size and the bed sizes. We had booked a standard double room with two separate single beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with three child-sized, low beds that were only 80 cm wide! To make matters worse, the room had no windows and shared a small terrace with the neighbouring room, where complete strangers were staying — offering no privacy at all.

When we asked for a room matching what we had booked, we were told that no change was possible due to no availability. It was only on the following day that we were finally able to switch rooms.

Excellent hôtel avec un personnel disponible et de très bons services
Pros:

Très bien situé à sultanamet avec toutes les commodites pour se nourrir et se déplacer autour de l’hôtel
Se délasser le soir à la piscine et au sauna hammam était très plaisant

La chambre en sous sol sans vue à la fenêtre ( au niveau de la rue)

Pros:

The staff was simply amazing, kind, helpful and discreet. The Sauna, pool and gym is a great addition and well looked after. And it's opened till midnight!
Breakfast is great, plenty of options with daily variations.
The area is fantastic, lively yet the hotel is tucked away from the noise.

We had specifically booked a hotel with a pool which was shut for maintenance which was a bit annoying, as hadn’t been informed

Niet is veel gezegd maar de douche wat groter maar de ruimte is er niet. Licht in de badkamer voor make up aan te doen kan beter.

Отличный отель, жаль, что в этот раз были накладки с минибаром.
Pros:

Прекрасные завтраки. Отличное расположение. Персонал старается, чтобы гостям было комфортно и удобно. Спа с саунами и бассейном дает возможность расслабиться после дня в городе.

Cons:

К сожалению, в этот раз были проблемы с минибаром. Он не работал, сообщили на ресепшн, вечером администратор сказал, что все в порядке, но он как не работал, так и не работал. Второй раз сообщили - на следующий день нам поменяли минибар. Но - из него стала течь вода, натекла целая лужа на полу, хорошо, что вещи не попортили. На третий день наконец поставили нормальный новый минибар, но 3 дня из 4 прошли с неприятными накладками. К персоналу претензий нет, они старались. В качестве компенсации сделали бесплатно сеанс массажа жене, ок.

La colazione vale da sola il soggiorno
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale: dalle vetrate della sala colazioni si vedono Moschea blu, Aya Sofia e il Bosforo. Lo spazio ristorante vale da solo il soggiorno!
La colazione è abbondante e varia. Gli spazi comuni sono in genere molto curati.
Ho utilizzato poco la spa ma mi è sembrata bella.

In generale il comfort acustico!
Nel cortile hanno un altoparlante che simula dei cinguettiii usato per tenere lontano i volatili: peccato sia a un volume altissimo e diretto sul vetro delle camere dall 4 del mattino... davvero disturbante.
La zona bagno ha lo spazio wc chiuso mentre lo spazio lavandino è aperto sulla camera con l'aspiratore (il bagno è senza finestra) che non si spegne mai, neanche durante la notte e fa un rumore costante.
La spa è carina, ma dopo una certa ora non è più presidiata e l'uso da parte di ospiti maleducati toglie tutto l'aspetto rilassante!
