Ottimo Hotel per rapporto qualità prezzo... se in offerta.
Pros:

Location tranquilla e ottima posizione. Un benvenuto eccellente con check-in tardivo senza problemi 24/24. Colazione buona soprattutto la possibilità di ordinare omelette espresse a scelta in base alla farcitura.

Cons:

Camera standard piccola ma con tutti i comfort. Bagno con lavandino scomodo. Richiesta in reception della colazione pronta alla partenza non eseguito ma risposta immediata dello staff colazione.

Pros:

Naprosto vynikající. Nechápu předchozí negativní komentáře, takto rozmanitou snídani jsme v životě neměli. Od sladkého přes slané. Omelety na objednání. Čerstvý džus. Všechno perfektní a nikdy nic nechybělo. Výhled z terasy restaurace je opravdu ohromující.

Cons:

- Slabá wifi v pokojích. Pro práci zcela nedostačující. Měli jsme problém i provést check-in pro cestu zpět. Nicméně na recepci pak byla wifi rychlejší a již to proběhlo bez problémů.
- Poměrně měkké matrace.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Loved the location, fantastic roof top restaurant with fab breakfast.
We stayed in the luxury room, and it was perfect. My husband had a great massage with Winnie and the spa was a welcome addition, with an indoor pool

Cons:

We were not accommodated in the main hotel building, but in an additional building with very poor facilities. Every morning, there was cigarette smoke coming from the nearby summer verandas.
The toilet was not in acceptable condition, and the shower was also of very poor quality. I paid for a boutique experience, but instead received something closer to a village-style room.


Breakfast was acceptable, but the spa conditions were quite strange. The pool was dirty around the edges, which became noticeable while swimming. The sauna was inconsistent - some days it worked properly, while on others it was barely warm. Even when asking the staff, they insisted everything was functioning as expected.
Overall, there is a clear lack of consistency in the facilities.
The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable and insecure - it was difficult to maintain a connection even for an hour, let alone longer. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Отель стоит своих денег. Понравилось всё: теплый бассейн и парные, шикарное постельное бельё и завтраки с видом на Мраморное море, Азию, дельфинов и чаек.
Персонал - профессионалы, всегда на высоте.
Отель расположен около площади Султанахмед, пешком можно обойти весь Старый город, в помощь трамвай! Со стороны моря, ниже отеля, станция электропоезда, на котором можно доехать, сев при выходе из метро-туннеля под Босфором.
Удобства в этом отеле со всех сторон, внутри и снаружи!

Pros:

The hotel was efficiently run, staff were helpful, good spa and restaurant service and a high standard of cleanliness.

Cons:

We booked a Deluxe room which was comfortable. However, it was small and a little cramped. It did not compare to the photographs on Booking.com which showed a spacious room with easy chairs. Although the hotel is a good standard and we enjoyed our stay, the marketing photographs oversold it.
