Fantastic hospitality, great value and well located.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. Sauna and Steam rooms included in the price was great. The breakfast was amazing with a fantastic view!!

Hôtel très bien situé. Cartier sur et calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant, bienveillant et très serviable. Équipements top et propreté certaine.

Cons:

Les chambres étaient un peu trop petites.

Из многочисленного выбора предложенных отелей - остановилась на этом, читала очень много отзывов и они все в точку.
Небольшой уютный отель, безумно отзывчивый персонал (я и не думала, что в Турции такое есть 🙈). Без проблем оформили ранний заезд, в номере есть все необходимое и даже больше: тапочки, косметический набор, вода (1,5 литровая бутылка на сутки), ежедневные комплименты в номер ввиде сладостей, кофе, чай, сливки не по два пакетика - а просто куча! Уборка номер ежедневная. Вода горячая!!!! В номере тепло!!! Хотя мы были в марте, температура на улице +10, + 15 днём. С виду отель напоминает не большой замок, очень красивый. По завтракам - скромно, но нам по утрам только омлет заходит и зелень с овощами. Кофе - очень вкусный, разнообразие блюд - отсутствует. И вот самое главное это - локация!!!! В самом центре исторического Стамбула, все пешком можно обойти. Все самые «жирные» локации тут, а от истории дух захватывает, вечером все красиво подсвечивается и создает особый вайб. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Soto — ребята постоянно делают скидки и там очень вкусно + куча бесплатных бонусных блюд! По сути мы только ночевали в номере - но за комфорт, доброжелательность и местоположение 1000 баллов! Рекомендую однозначно!

The hotel was very central to all amenities, tourist attractions, bars & transport.

Hotel was clean and tidy with a lovely rooftop bar that over looked the river

Cons:

Sadly the bathroom was tiny and the pool was closed.

Bon séjour frais mais ensoleillé. Ville gigantesque a découvrir grace aux commodités par quartier
Pros:

Emplacement idéal , proche tram , vieil Istanbul et Mosquée bleue etc....salle de petits déjeuners trés agréable face a la mer avec personnel disponible pour nous servir au mieux , petit déjeuner très bien, piscine chauffée et sauna agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres et salle de bains , sont petites . La literie un peu dure. C'est le plus décevant. Manque de place dans les petits placards. La proximité de la mosquée réveil à 5 h . Mais on ne peut tout avoir.

Nice, but could have been nicer...
Pros:

Most of it is great. Everything works well. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop is wonderful. The restaurant is just as good.

Cons:

We had a bit of bad luck. The pool was being cleaned... But for 5 days? That was kind of weird. Then we negotiated a discount at the front desk for massages at the spa, but there wasn't any availability for us.
