Pros:

Big thank you again to Way, Nok, Nuch and Patt for helping me out today!!! It’s always a pleasure seeing them. I came in early and they were able to get me set up in a room after a long 16 hour flight. The hospitality is number 1 and definitely an exceptional display of being a Hilton Brand Hotel.

A satisfying stay at Double tree!
Pros:

I arrived early and was truly grateful to be offered an early check-in. My sincere appreciation to Nok for facilitating this so efficiently and warmly.

I was also pleased to be recognised as a Silver member, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Thank you as well to Soda and Nicha for their gracious hospitality. Their professionalism and attentiveness have made a very positive first impression, and | look forward to the rest of my stay!

Also, shoutout to Earth for taking care of us during the breakfast hour

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The comfort and the service of the hotel was the best. I would highly recommend the breakfast. They had variaty of choices and their spa at 7th floor was great too. Definitely coming back!

Lovely Stay, Great Location & Excellent Hospitality

Our family decided to stay here for the second time, and once again, we were truly impressed.

Thank you to Khun Oil for taking good care of us, and to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

We love the breakfast, great variety and everything is delicious. The room was comfortable, and the baby cot prepared for our baby was very convenient. I also absolutely love the scent throughout the hotel!

This is definitely one of our top choices whenever we’re in Bangkok. We’ll definitely be back again.

Terrace Suite
Pros:

Diamond member, stay here a lot. Great hotel, centrally located to shops , bars restaurants. Hotel staff lead by Eva in operations always so welcoming big smiles warm welcomes. This time I was offered a Terrace suite, great room incredibly views of Bangkok. Definitely recommend booking this room as spacious enough and private terrace is stunning. Huge thanks to the lovely Soda on reception for arranging everything for me. I’ll be back soon .🙏
