DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit

So far my stay has been nice at DoubleTree by Hilton in Bangkok. I would like to specifically thank May Gift Nueng for being so considerate and accommodating with my vegan food order.

Dine in for the hotel buffet dinner . The Thai food spread are very good. Ideal for solo traveller that wishes to taste every local bites.
The staff, May is attending to me, patiently explaining the food spread tonight. She also check with me if I am happy with the buffet spread.

As always, we're impressed with the wide variety of food available. Each dish is made with high-quality ingredients. Above all, the service from all the staff is outstanding. Everyone is polite, friendly, enthusiastic, and works well as a team. Meaw, Pix, Ice and Pang, in particular, are amazing; they remembered exactly what Table is our preferences. There were also other staff members who recognized us and greeted us with smiles and friendliness.

A nice lunch on the weekend with family. Variety of menus selections e.g. Italian corner and Thai. Food are tasty and the service is nice with the staff. We have special service from Meaw that she offered our son a surprise birthday cake (brownies with candle). Overall we are happy with this restaurant.

It was my first visit to the hotel and the staff responded kindly. In particular, a staff member named "Soda" was very kind with a bright smile

We arrived quite late after long flight and checked in went straight to restuarant to grab dinner he bore closure

Sitting at breakfast and this would be one of the nicest breakfasts we have had at all our Hilton stays

Great hotel. Very clean. Modern rooms with excellent lighting. Creative breakfast buffet, with good variety and new dining pleasures every morning. The distinguishing factor is the staff. They are exceptionally competent and friendly. Special mentions go to Micky at the front desk, who performed a flawless check-in; May and Meaw in the restaurant, who were superb at handling my specific meal requests (such as extra garlic, which is my magic trick for staying healthy despite many long work trips! Thank you May and Meaw for your understanding and assistance); Sam, the truly outstanding Concierge, and his entire, always-helpful and -friendly team; and the amazing MM at the front desk who has earned the “2026 Memory of an Elephant Award” for remembering me from my previous stay in October, 2025. How she did that, given all of the guests she has dealt with in the intervening 7 months, I have no earthly idea! In addition to having a superior memory, she is also consistently cheerful and friendly. The entire team at this hotel is very impressive, and thanks to all.
