Pros:

The room size was great for our family. Breakfast was good and location is only a short walk across the road to the universal walk. Enjoyed a great massage onsite as well. Staff were always very helpful.

Our kids loved this Minion themed hotel. Great location walking distance from Universal, City walk restaurants and shops

赤ちゃん連れにお勧め。
Pros:

部屋が広く使いやすかったので、赤ちゃん連れにはとても快適でした。

Cons:

特にありませんが、凄く感じの良いスタッフとそうではないスタッフの方がいて、そこが残念でした。

Perfection
Pros:

The location was excellent I could not ask for more closeness to Universal Studios. The hotel was pristine super clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. Price wise excellent as well. I will stay here again for sure 100%

Excellent Stay - very close to metro & USJ
Pros:

very close to Metro & universal Studio Japan (USJ). Lobby is huge & rooms are bigger in size as compared to Japan standard. This hotel made our trip to USJ very convenient. Though park closes at 7pm but since we were staying so close, we had the luxury to spend more time at the shopping & food market area located right outside the USJ which closes around 10 PM. Staff was extremely courteous. We will highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

よかったです
Pros:

ユニバーサルスタジオから10分ほどで行き来できるのでよかったです。親子3人で宿泊し、眺めも良かったですし、ベットはソファーベットのようでしたが快適でした！

Cons:

バイキングは数は多いですが、もう少しクオリティーが高い物かなと期待していたので、その点がやや残念でした。
