Great place. Nice staff. Pillows could be better.
Pros:

Great spacious room with everything I needed. Extra nice with the bidet and the bathtub.

Cons:

The pillows were not particularly nice, and gave me some issues with sleep, but nothing that brings down the experience of the overall stay.

Un'esperienza migliorabile
Pros:

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel con spazi comuni adeguati e ben tenuti, situato in una zona strategica, molto vicino al centro e ai mezzi pubblici (bus, stazione). Gentile e disponibilissimo il personale: abbiamo usufruito della possibilità di self check-in in piena notte, abbiamo ottenuto una seconda chiave in un momento di emergenza...

Cons:

Purtroppo ci ha un po' delusi la stanza: davvero troppo piccola, con un letto matrimoniale minuscolo e scomodo, e anche molto rumorosa per il traffico (eravamo al piano terra e il caldo obbligava a tenere le finestre aperte).
Da migliorare anche la colazione (se si arriva tardi, c'è il rischio di trovare poco!)

Pros:

Jättetrevlig personal, helt okej frukost dock ingen variation. Trevligt att kunna beställa en varm rätt till frukosten. Bra läge med gamla stan nära inpå.

Cons:

Städningen som ej skedde på 4 nätter är dåligt, då det står att städning ska ske var tredje dag .Spindelnät på ett flertal ställen vilken vi poängterade för receptionen som kom och bidrog med en pinne för att ta ner de som satt högt upp. Fick vänta 30 min en morgon på den varma beställda frukosten. Luktade mat från den Indiska restaurangen precis bredvid. Sängen var inte speciellt skön.
