A Great Stay with Exceptional Service!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the staff who truly made my stay memorable. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me when I requested a room change. Their helpful and friendly attitude was a highlight of my visit.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained spaces and a comfortable ambiance. The room was clean and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day.
While the dining experience fell slightly below my expectations, other amenities were good and added to the comfort of the stay. I felt the value for money was fair, and I’d rate it a solid 3 out of 5 in that aspect.
I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Families would enjoy it too, but I found it particularly suited to the needs of solo guests. The excellent service and welcoming staff make it a place I’d happily return to in the future.
While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a couple of issues that stood out. Initially, I was allocated a small room, but the staff promptly resolved this by assigning me a better one upon request. Additionally, the absence of washroom slippers was disappointing, especially considering the premium price of ₹12,000 per night. There were also some discrepancies between the information on Booking.com and the actual services provided.
