It’s very clean and nicely decorated
We thought we had arrived to an assisted living facility and had to double check the address. There’s no signage on the exterior of the building, and the entrance door is odd for a hotel - a single door facing to the side instead of welcoming to customer’s approach. Also, we had a suite with a kitchen and a coffee maker - but no coffee. Weird.
Two nice hotels, a good restaurant, and next door large retailers had worked to ensure their joint area had newly paved roads, ample parking, new wide sidewalks, charming lighting, etc., all within easy walking distance. All employees were gracious and helpful.
We like to walk 2 to 4 miles a day. The surrounding neighborhoods were obviously struggling, as we navigated broken sidewalks or gravel among overgrown bushes. Families were living among decaying infrastructure, with angry dogs snarling in many small dirt yards behind notices to "keep out". No one seemed to go for walks here except us.
Loved that its location just off the freeway but was still very quiet. And it had a restaurant across the parking lot with great food that was so convenient. The shower head was amazing for a hotel.
The caulking around the inside of the sink in the bathroom was grungy and discolored like it should be replaced. The bathroom also did not have a fan which made showering very humid, and using the bathroom a bit awkward if you were traveling with someone, as I was.

The price was excellent, and the room was large and comfortable. It was nice and quiet, too.
Other than Apple Maps saying that the hotel is in a Target parking lot, no complaints.
The first floor location and disability shower were good. When the first room didn’t work for us the front desk person was helpful getting us to a different room.
We had an assessable room but the door to the bedroom op-ed in the direction that limited access to the bathroom and the bed narrowed the entrance to the bathroom area. This made maneuvering into the bedroom to get to the bathroom difficult.
Coffee machine and hot plate didn't function as expected. In the end, didn't require either, so not an issue.

The room /suite we had was very nice and clean basically a small apartment . There was a nice restaurant just across the parking lot to walk too for lunch and dinner.
The only thing that I didn’t care for was there was a group of seemingly illegal construction workers that were staying there but they didn’t cause any problems at all and just got on the elevator and went to their rooms not to be seen again.
Everything is so clean!
