My mom and I had an awful experience at another local hotel the night before. The staff at Ledgestone allowed us to vie

Our room was spotless and the staff were super helpful answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Housekeeping knocking on our room twice, starting at 10:00 am was a little annoying but our overall experience was excellent.

Friendly staff, clean, big room for family.

Cons:

We stayed there for 5 days and they didn't clean the room. We understand that for a couple of days is ok, but we were expecting at least to pick up the trash and change the towels. We had to take the trash out!
