Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful food and drinks, great fitness room, gorgeous candlelight venue

The staff at the hotel are kind and patient. They seem to always want to do whatever it is you need to have done and always with a smile. The breakfast is amazing in a beautiful setting at the bottom of the hotel, the rooms are West Coast American 19th century style, I think. They’re absolutely exquisite. The hotel is in a great location. We’ve done a lot of walking, we’ve visited Boeing, watched the Seahawks, walked to coffe shops and markets, and right at the heart of it is the hotel. I haven’t got a bad word to say about it.

Amazing stay. Clean, with great amenities. The Walruses are a nice touch. Definitely a shout out to Ilana, Catilyn, Noel, and Emily for the amazing service. Made it worth it 100%

The location was very handy as we had an event in West Seattle and didn’t want to drive all the way home in the dark. The atmosphere gave a vintage vibe, which is what I love. The historical displays, including the past members photos was amazing. Our room was quite comfortable. The bed was just the right amount of softness. Despite being in downtown Seattle, which can be noisy, we were able to sleep well and slept in for a change.

Amazing stay for our first of hopefully many. The staff and management were accommodating and gracious. The property is beautiful and probably the best location in Seattle. We loved it all.

The Arctic Club is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful nostalgic atmosphere. Just step back in time - marvel at the art deco 1920 decor. The bedrooms are filled with quality design details. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent, and the evening trip to the lobby’s Polar Bar was a spirited good time!

Prior to booking at The Arctic, we reached out to see about parking fees and a car rental. We were told to rent the car and that parking would be waived. However, upon arrival, the Front Desk said they had no record of our communication. We repeatedly reached out to the Front Desk and emailed both managers. Brittany said she would respond but did not. Management did not respond to misinformation and communication proved extremely poor. We were very disappointed.

We stayed at the Arctic Club Hotel for two nights, and absolutely loved it. I was originally drawn to the hotel by the unique and often whimsical architectural details, which did not disappoint. Beyond the great design, the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was terrific, and we loved sitting in the Polar Bar with a glass of wine and cheeseboard, soaking in the fun atmosphere. We've been telling our friends about the Arctic Club Hotel, and look forward to our next visit!

Atmosphere!!! You walk through the doors and feel like you stepped back in time expecting to see ladies in flapper dresses or movie stars from the 20's. The decor and design are gorgeous, the rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. Super friendly staff from the front desk team, to maintenance and valet people helping lost folk find their way. The Polar Bar makes fantastic drinks and serve up tasty food options with a variety to tempt almost anyone with gluten free and vegan options as well. Complementary breakfast buffet has a plethora of options far beyond typical hotel fare. DEFINITELY a destination of choice for me in Seattle now. So much more character than the large chain hotels in the area.

Had a wonderful stay and the service was amazing. John the valet took very good care of my Acura and the overall professionalism from all the staff was impressive. Will be coming back again.

I was very impressed with this historic hotel and a very vibrant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great decor. The food and service were wonderful, including the breakfast buffet; I loved the scrambled eggs with scallions, the potatoes and sausage were also excellent. I also enjoyed the large gym, with plenty of cardio machines.

Fantastic hotel with a ton of character. Great central location, close to everything. Staff was very attentive. Truly a magical stay.

The valet team was uniformly professional, reassuring and timely. The staff from the from desk to the Polar bar and the buffet breakfast made us all feel valued. It's a grand historic hotel that makes you replay feel the past. Thumbs up!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed.
Front desk and bar/restaurant employees were the best.
Valet guys were great. Easy place to come and go for taxis and
Lyft.

I was in Seattle for business and the Seahawks game. Quick friendly service, and the room was ready exactly when it was advertised (even though they were full up for the football game). Check out the next morning was a breeze.

NICE, unique hotel. High end but intimate feel

Not much walkable after 10 pm, but comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and nice included breakfast.

Great option if not wanting a late night snack (was expecting more of a Vancouver, this whole neighborhood shut down between 9 to 10 pm)

Great staff, beautiful lounge and bar. The streets immediately outside the Arctic have some houseless people, but that is Seattle right now. I felt safe and inside the hotel is delightful.

The hotel was awesome. The bar/restaurant was a fun atmosphere, made my business trip feel not so much like a business trip. Food/drinks were great. The room was perfect. Enough character to separate itself from the big chains but had all the amenities needed. The free breakfast is a great touch. I will definitely stay there again.
