A beautiful place with comfortable stay.
Pros:

The checkin was very smooth and so fast. Excellent and professional front desk. They mentioned the facilities available and timing while checking us in. The bellboy was ready to take the luggage to the room. Room service was very prompt while taking in and servicing. All old-time charms were available and reminded us of the comforts of yesteryears. Its a beautiful victorian building in the heart of the town. Very large rooms.

Pros:

Overall experience was good. Buffett service experience was okay. Taste was overall good. Fish in starter was very good. Naan, paneer, biryani was good in main course, no bad experience about taste. I loved panagam drink. More varieties required in starter.

Many things can be done better. More friendly front desk; for twin occupancy, provisions in the room for tea/coffee, water etc should be scaled up; for avoiding slipping in the bath room shower area, rubber or PVC mat can be provided.
