This is a lovely hotel with numerous amenities (gym, swimming pool), super comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant. Breakfast is plentiful with a great selection and I recommend the Sunday lunch buffet. Excellent Wi-Fi. It is within walking distance of the university and less than 20 minutes drive from the airport. The staff are absolutely lovely.

Nicely located. Room is outdated but decent.
The staffs at the restaurant was not welcoming. There was one time that I had three different staffs within 5 minutes asked me which room number I'm staying. The breakfast buffet is always the same, so not recommended for long stay. I stayed in July so limited number of guests but many staffs.
I ordered room service on the first day but it was delivered to the room next door. The staffs waited for some minutes outside. I had my curtain open so I asked if it's my order (cos it haven't arrived for sometimes) and apparently it was mine.
Perfect location within the city, close to many amenties. That said, it's also set up in a way that feels away from the hustle and bustle. It really was the perfect getaway for us.
We loved how spread out the rooms were, the fresh air, the grass. I can't wait to go back again,but for two nights. I also liked the later check out.
The fact that you can't take breakfast food back to the room. We weren't to carry a croissant and a banana back to our room, but they didn't allow it. I found that very strange.

I like staying here and it has a great gym! Breakfast is good, location great, amazing gym facilitates. Service average. Love the ambience and setting
The downside is almost no hot water pressure in my room, so plan to have cold showers if you want a decent shower. Also internet is patchy and very slow which is a major downside as I had to do work and needed to go out of the hotel area to get good internet connection.
