Pros:

Charity was very helpful, leading to the stay we communicated and arranged for the decoration of the room. She went the extra mile with assisting on dofferent options available to exchange currencies. She was a call away for any required assistance. I highly recommend her!

Cons:

The restaurant patrons avoided communication breakdowns by not checking on us frequently and we could not request condiments as the waiters were not easily accessible
