Pros:

Pros:

Property was beautiful. Staff fabulous. Great welcome from the host Sharon. The lodge rooms are in the middle of nature - enjoy the monkeys, bush baby and Aardvarks!! Beach walks at low tide are a must as well as swimming at high tide. Happy hour is great if you’re travelling alone - it was all superb! Thank you

Pros:

PROS: The hotel is on beautiful grounds with a lovely pool and attended by friendly staff.

CONS: The food is really very bad, the bedding and pillows should be burnt, and they use an incredibly unsafe and outdated credit card system.

OVERALL: There are so many cool and interesting places to stay on Zanzibar. I'd opt for somewhere else.

Abgeschiedenes Paradies
Pros:

Andere Gäste sind also etwas entfernt.

Very quite and tranquil beach
Pros:

The beach was full of shells that I've never seen before, in such a huge amount, it was so beautiful.
The ocean is not so great to swim in, you need to wear shoes and a lot of seaweed is there, but the beach is just amazing, it's so quiet and tranquil, just to fully relax. The baobab tree has this platform with the awesome view, it's so quiet and beautiful. The whole hotel complex is a unique beautiful garden with monkeys, it's amazing. Our bungalow was great, it had an outdoor shower which was so cool! It also had a bathtub indoor. The bed was very big and very very comfortable. When you open the door and go back to bed and just enjoy the view you feel like in heaven! You could also go on top of the bungalow and hang out and enjoy the view. The sun loungers were very comfortable as well.

Lisa was very friendly and helpful there!
The food, in particular the dinner was super super delicious!
Was a great place to stay!

Nice reclusive resort on the beach
Pros:

we had a nice room right by the beach. however we came during the low season, and the bed sheet was covered by small bugs and mosquitos after having been changed for a long time. understandably, we were the only guests at the time. we had really good service at the resort and enjoyed a nice quiet day on the beach.

Beautiful location, wonderful friendly service
Pros:

A wonderful place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. The cottages are set up like in old-style Safari pictures, with four-poster beds draped with mosquito nets, fans, and thoughtful touches like candles in case of power outages, and a laundry basket should you need it. Staff was friendly and helpful, really personable. I was there during end of summer low season, so it was almost like having the place to oneself. Lovely pool and beach access on multiple sides, and dinner can be had on the beach at night - what a great way to experience nature in all of its soothing loveliness. I honestly can't say enough, because there was a surprise around every corner - a family of small monkeys near my cottage, birds of every kind, butterflies everywhere, crabs carrying their homes down the path, salamanders, fish, and bush babies. Thank you for a great stay. I hope to be back one day.

Ruhiges Refugium mit starker Essens-Einschränkung
Pros:

Pros:
