La ubicación
La espera para entregar el cuarto y una de las señoritas tiene muy mala actitud.
Le bajan demasiado al aire acondicionado en el lobby, se trata de acondicionar el ambiente no de congelarlo

“Llegué a las 10:30 AM para un check-in anticipado que había solicitado previamente y por el cual estaba dispuesta a pagar. Me pidieron que regresara al mediodía. Cuando volví, me dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles, a pesar de que yo misma vi cómo cuatro habitaciones fueron desocupadas frente a mí. Expliqué que mi pareja es músico profesional con un concierto esa noche y pedí nuevamente, ofreciendo pagar extra. Me negaron la habitación. Tres minutos después, dos huéspedes sin reserva llegaron a la recepción y fueron atendidas de inmediato, recibiendo una llave de habitación al instante. Una de las recepcionistas también hizo un comentario despectivo en voz alta en el lobby, frente a todos. Me fui al Hotel Lucerna, al lado, donde me recibieron de inmediato y me trataron con respeto y calidez. Soy clienta leal de Marriott y esta experiencia fue una falla grave en el servicio y en el trato igualitario a los huéspedes.

La limpieza, el gym y que tienen café todo el día.
Todo estuvo bien, lo único que considero que deben vender comida y cena.
