Other city express don’t keep a copy of your license, front desk staff claims it’s because of the booking app issues paying them, I believe it’s a lie never had this issue using this app ever any were . Bathroom smelled bad , hot water took awhile to come out while showering. Hallways smelled bad like it was moped with a dirty mop. Breakfast was bad , the orange juice was nasty, and the coffee machine was a waste of time, the ham in the eggs didn’t taste right.

Pesima experiencia.
Pros:

El desayuno tenia bastante buen sabor. Y la ubicacion esta muy bien, centrica, lejos de mi lugar de destino final, pero aceptable para cualquier otra actividad.

Cons:

La entrega de la habitación en el check in tardo 1.5 horas despues de las 3 de la tarde. La atencion en recepcion fue mala. La señorita literalmente te atendia como si te estuviera haciendo un favor y de malas.
Por otro lado mientras dormia a las 9 am alguien del personal abrio la puerta, me desperte de inmediato y se fue cerrando la puerta. Cabe mencionar que si escuche que tocaban la puerta pero no estaba seguro que si fuera en la habitación, nosotros llegamos a dormir a las 4 am y para las 9 no estaba despierto como para contestar. Despues de eso ya no pude dormir de nuevo. La experiencia fue desastroza, no pude dormir. No me pude alistar por la entrega de la habitacion tan tardada. Lo unico bueno fue el desayuno.
