I survived the night but I won’t go back. I wish someone had warned me so I wouldn’t have ended up staying here.
Pros:

I didn’t like the property at all.
The whole resort is run down. The staff barely speaks English

Cons:

The room stank of mold. The A/C didn’t work during the night hours.
The staff at breakfast didn’t speak English.
The forced half board option revealed to provide a rather limited option of food.
Definitely not value for money

The pool and the beach

Cons:

They didn't treat guests equally, energy was off! felt a little segregated bcoz the owners were visiting and they switched the regular dining to a hall since they occupied it....we needed to pay for our bill by the bar,where they were and we had to stand 10feet away from them to do that??Staff were guarding them like elites while treating regular guests poorly

Warm hospitality, amazing location amd set up for relaxing, serene !!!

The hospitality from the staff and especially the manager was top notch!!!!

Pros:

Endroit parfait pour se reposer sous les cocotiers avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Descendez les marches après la piscine et vous êtes sur la magnifique plage de sable blanc. Nous avons bien été accueilli, personnel très à l'écoute. La nourriture était bonne avec un buffet assez varié que ce soit le matin ou le soir. Nous avons aussi réservé un massage au sein de l'hôtel : une très bonne expérience pour se relaxer !

Cons:

salle de bains peut être un peu vieillissante, nous avons eu des problèmes d'évacuation avec la douche, et peu de pression aussi. Mais en dehors de ça, c'était ok. Attention aux singes également ;)

Would really recommend this little oasis by the ocean
Pros:

The personel and James in particular made this an amazing experience. We got a room with sea view, and even a surprise performance and cake from the staff. This is the kind of people that go the extra mile for creating a good experience. Also amazing nature, and lovely surroundings. The food was also diverse and really good.

Schöne Location, leider mit Personalthema (Anzahl, Orga, Führung)
Pros:

Die Location per se ist schön grün und ruhig, etwas abgelegen, was uns bewusst war bei Buchung. 20min. Fußweg zu einem
anderen Café/Bar am Strand. Das Zimmer mit der Terrasse zum Meer war super.

Cons:

Zu wenig Personal, verglichen zu anderen Häusern.

Das vorhandene war zwar sehr freundlich, aber größtenteils extrem unkoordiniert: mal fehlten Handtücher, mal Kissenbezüge, mal wurden der Putzeimer und Müll auf der Terrasse vergessen zB.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, Abendessen in Ordnung.

Relaxing under palms 🌴
Pros:

The resort is generally very nice. It has a great layout, a beautiful garden, a nice pool area. The Coconut bar offers a nice view over the ocean. You have fantastic white beach in both directions.
The food (half board) is amazing. It is meat/fish heavy, so ask ahead, if thats a problem. The meal times for half board have a very long gap (9:30am to 7:30pm).

Cons:

The premise could really need some renovation. Many metal parts are crumbling, the mirrors are rusting and the shower was mostly cold. There are too few electrical outlets. No ability to charge your phone on both sides of the bed is a bit underwelming at that pricepoint.

Wunderschöner Strand und sehr feines Pool
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage, sehr schöner und sauberer Strand (allerdings mit sehr starken Gezeiten), trotz Hochsaison keine Belästigung durch Händler bzw. Beachboys - gibt es dort eigentlich gar nicht. Viel Natur, die Gärten und Bäume sehr gepflegt. Pool ist riesig, evtl. etwas mehr Liegen, da doch einige Gäste gerne Liegen mit Handtüchern belegen. Essen sehr gut, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab zwar jeden Tag mehrere Optionen (Fisch immer sehr gut, Fleisch wechselnd, aber das ist natürlich immer Geschmacksache), aber diese wiederholen sich bei längeren Aufenthalten (wir waren 1 Woche dort). Manager sehr bemüht, beim sonstigen Personal muss man sagen, dass alle sehr freundlich sind, aber sicher noch Luft nach oben ist, was Geschwindigkeit und Übersicht (immer wieder geht das Obst oder Gebäck aus - wird zwar immer nachgebracht, sobald man fragt, aber eben erst dann). Insgesamt aber Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wirklich außergewöhnlich schöner Strand und Garten. Wir kommen sicher wieder - besonders gefallen haben uns auch die Hauskatzen - 3 sehr gepflegte und muntere Kätzchen, die einem bei Frühstück und Abendessen Gesellschaft leisten, wenn man sie herlockt. Abends auch Folkloreshows - sehr nette Abwechslung.

Cons:

Bei der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals beim Essen war sicher noch Luft nach oben, ich denke aber, dass der sehr bemühte Manager da für weitere Verbesserung sorgen wird.

Unfortunately it was very poor.
Pros:

The dinner was nice. However, the Dessert provided was mundane.

Cons:

The property was in need of repairs and a touch of paint was required to freshen up the place. Various parts of the property need to be broken down and rebuilt. It was never a 4 star property and should have been a 2star. The shower lever in our room came off. The property just appeared old. The water took a long time to become warm.
