Most uncomfortable stay --sleepless nights for all of us in 2 rooms for 2 nights
Pros:

Room super class good , b/fast = good, location : out side the centre --------- i liked the rooms , staff and standard of the hotel but a very big problem had to face for the entire 2 night stay in 2 rooms --THE AIR CONITION SYSTEM WAS SET TO BE VERY HOT LIKE 30 OR MORE C. TEMPERATURE and the HOTEL / TECHNICIANS / RECEPTION AND ENTIRE OPERATIONS COULD NOT MAKE IT COOLER AND UNABLE TO CHANGE --- they were kind to provide us FANS but we all could not sleep both nights in this beautiful hotel for us it was not a comfortable stay.

Nice staffs and good hotel, value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable and located in the heart of Pudong. The breakfast is very variety and delicious with Chinese and western food. The staffs at front desk are very nice, especially room service staff, 冯银环 is very nice, professional and helpful. Definitely recommended stay in this hotel.

Amazing all the way through. Robots delivering food to the room - better then in many 5 stars hotel in SH. Next time i go to SH - I WILL DEFINITELY CHOOSE IT!

η σχέση τιμής και όλων των υπολοίπων θα το χαρακτήριζα best value for money hotel
Pros:

το πρωινό ειναι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό με πολλες επιλογες απο την ασιατική κουζίνα , η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική πολύ κοντά στό νέο εκθεσιακό κέντρο και στο κέντρο της πόλης .
έχει πολύ κοντα περίπου 500μετρα σταθμό μετρό γραμμή 2 και 7 .

το δωμάτιο πού έμεινα στόν 8 όροφο ήθελε ανακαίνιση

静かな場所、コスパ抜群
Pros:

すぐ隣のアートセンターでのイベントに参加するために宿泊しました。世紀公園にも近く、静かで落ち着いた場所です。最寄りが地下鉄2号線なので空港へのアクセスも良く便利。

- 部屋は広く清潔です。窓からは、ビルの間に東方明珠塔が見えました。
- 朝食は種類が豊富でローカルフードも多くとても美味しいです。コンビニはたぶん地下鉄の上海科技館駅にあるファミリーマート(徒歩10分）が一番近い。
- フロントの方、チェックアウト日の駐車場使用について、中国語のできない私のために親切に辛抱強く対応してくださって本当にありがとうございました。

Cons:

- 部屋の照明が少し暗く、メイクしづらいです。バスルームにドライヤー用のコンセントがなかったような(気づかなかっただけかも）・・・延長コード持っていたので大丈夫でした。
- イベントのある日はダフ屋さんが周辺にたくさんいて驚きましたが、話しかけられても無視すればいいだけで特に問題はないです。
