Staff very attentive and eager to help.
Pros:

Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly as well. Room was comfortable & liked the little candies as a nice touch.

Cons:

Walking & crossing the road here were a little crazy but that appeared to be common. Construction next door made walking a bit more difficult as well.

The Water in the room , shower etc was only warm, it never got hot.

Pros:

There is a timeless charm to this boutique hotel. If you are interested in architecture and design, you'll be delighted with the woodwork, the marbel floors, the small balconies, etc. Rooms and bathrooms had been upgraded to modern standards.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood close to West lake.

Overall good but too far out of the centre
Pros:

The size was great and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Staff became quite aggressive when my room
Mate couldn’t find her key card. They also wouldn’t let her check in when I was already in the room.

Pros:

Fijne locatie (net buiten de drukte) maar je loopt zo de (oude) stad in. Schoon. Ontbijt is prima, basic.

Cons:

Deuren en ramen zijn wat krom, geluid vanuit de gang is wel gehorig. Maar zeker geen luidruchtig hotel!
