Pleasant and memorable.
Pros:

All the hotel employees especially the concierge department and housekeeping were excellent and professionals. Nothing less from them. They were doing their best in every ways despite an old building

Pros:

Bilik besar dan makanan untuk breakfast sangat sedap. Harga sangat berpatutan dan staff sangat peramah...sentiasa bagi salam. Terbaikkkk. Will repeat to stay here again. Pergi Suria KLCC pun dekat sahaja boleh jalan kaki :)

Отличное расположение отеля, хороший персонал и хороший завтрак, белоснежная постель и удобные матрасы. На ресепшен мне дали переходник для розетки.

Cons:

Да, ремонт и дизайн подуставший и шумели кондиционеры на балкончике и в гардеробе. Не критично, но пришлось спать в берушах. Как соотношение цены и качества- отлично.

Spacious room

Cons:

The hotel are very calculative even to ask for an extra towel. They will charge additional if the extra towel were being requested. And no amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste in the room. Glasses and plates are not being replenished
