The room was well kept. Friendless and efficient staff. Highly recommended

The good
- Plenty of lifts, so despite the place being busy, you can go up and down relatively fast
- Pool area is quite nice
- Good location close to malls, restaurants, KLCC Park and PETRONAS Towers
- Price is pretty reasonable so it is a comfortable mid budget stay
- Despite being daily chaos and overloaded everyday, the breakfast food is pretty good
- Generally there are friendly staff about the hotel.
The bad;
- Limited to no hot water in the mornings
- Limited to no internet in the evenings
- Breakfast is chaos and overcrowded from 7am until 10am everyday
- Gym opens late at 7am
- Only 1 treadmill in gym
- Tennis Courts are unusable
- Only 1 washing machine working in the laundry
- Old and outdated decor and facilities

Generally it’s best to beware this hotel. They are very good at marketing themselves, but the reality falls well short of expectations. Photos are deceiving and misleading. Wifi is non existent anywhere in the hotel between 5pm-11pm. The tennis courts are wrecked and cannot be used. The self laundry is all broken with only 1 machine working. The room service food is poor at best, but the breakfast is quite good. Room ammenities are old and basic. Toilet paper is like gold here, they encourage the bidet use.

Westerners should be aware, it is a very Muslim friendly hotel, including prayer mats, no alcohol served in the lobby bar and women only times for shared amenities.

The price reflects what you get. Great location but dated. Had a small cockroach run over me while sleeping in bed. I told the hotel and there was no follow up or apology. Breakfast is just okay. Not sure why people say that it is great.

We got rolm changed but that did not help either. Expect Expedia to refund, else they loose credibility

Nice hotel. Stayed on the 10th floor overlooking the pool which was a large and nice bedroom except for the squealing kids in the pool- pool is on the 9th floor so if you wished to sit on the small balcony all you could hear was squealing. Kids will be kids. There was a very bad smell from the drains in the bathroom which we told reception about but they didn’t do anything about. Hotel doesn’t serve alcohol and it’s about 10 min walk to a bar- we like a drink after a hard days sightseeing. Breakfast was ok- more choice of fruit would be nice as would semi skimmed milk. We got a grab to most places which was cheap enough. Took a grab back to the airport as it was cheaper than the hotel had quoted. If the hotel was closer to a few more bars would definitely stay here again.

Looks beautiful from outside and main lobby but the rooms are getting tired along with the furnishings. Pool was nice .. hotel generally quiet. The internet in our room was non existent even when they tried to fix, still nothing. Our AC unit made a real noise and were unable to fix tho they did offer us to move.

Check in was easy but there was nothing but a face towel in the room. When I asked for towels, I was told they’d be coming. I waited 20 minutes but still no towels. I went to the front desk and was told again they’d be coming. Another 20 minutes and still no towels. Finally went to the manager and said they had a problem with their vendor. About 90 minutes after check in, I finally got towels. Breakfast is good but the egg station is too slow. One day took over 10 minutes to get two eggs. Laundry center is in poor condition with only 5 or 6 machines operable. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry. For the price paid, it was okay.

The property needs renovation.

The room amenities need to be upgraded. The bathtub is not a good choice for the elderly, as they are unable to climb up. The taps are leaking, and there is no glass for brushing teeth. No bedroom slippers.
The kitchen is totally not equipped as there is no dustbin, no utensils, etc.

The hotel has everything, a full studio with a view near shopping centers, two transit stations and within walking distance to sky bars and the Petrona Towers. The breakfast buffet has everything you would want, lots and lots of food and drinks.

A great family hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed, good bathroom, balcony and small kitchen. Fantastic breakfast every day. Located walking distance to 2 metro stations and Petronas Towers. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

We chose this hotel as it is quite central with a station close by. We wanted to be able to get up have breakfast and go do all of the touristy things. We did use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready , which was nice after a journey of 22 hrs. We had 3 nights and saw most of the sights and had some amazing food at stupidly cheap prices. The breakfast choices cater for everyone.

Friendly staff. Big rooms. A little bit dated but overall a solid stay.

Walkable to shopping and dinning

Probably the best room i have stayed in for many years. Excellent breakfast. 10 minute walk to the petronas towers. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good location but room is very dated and housekeeping is patchy. On the plus side is the breakfast is good
