Great Breakfast, room, location and facilities at very reasonable price
Pros:

Breakfast is superb. Can't fault it. The restaurant gets very busy around 9am, but the staff were awesome at getting everyone seated, and keeping the food coming.
The gym had sufficient equipment, but not. Needs the air con working.
The pool area is really good.
Location is great, next to KLCC Park and the MRT train.
The staff were very friendly.
Will definitely come back!

Pros:

The studio was clean, spacious and had nice view. Staff were very nice and helpful, good breakfast (best time 7am to 8am) pool is good too, the hotel is near klcc park and suria mall (10 min walk) and near intermark mall. The area i's calm at night which i like. I like the fact that it is conservative (no alcohol) i loved it there and felt safe and i even extended my stay for another 4 days, i really recommend it

Pros:

Same comments i write for the studio exceot the appt is bigger ofc, i really recommend it

Cons:

I was in the studio at the begining 18th floor, the appt was in the 11th floor i could hear people playing padel sometimes till midnight, also the AC in the appt made noise so at night if you are a light sleeper like me it's gonna wake you up other than that it was good

Needs to improve communication and customer skills

Font desk manager on arrival. DANIEL.
Did not make us feel welcome.
Poor communication
Misinformed us about hotel and rooms
Gave us a room that had not been cleaned bathroom was unusable . cold water tap on shower broken so could not use. shower Bathroom had a smell of sewerage. Daniel said it was only room available. Room was also above very noisy area.
Cleaning supervisor came to room and informed us rhat there were other rooms available. So finally moved after 4 hours. due to the fact we had a different front desk manager starting work.
Renovations going on during nine night stay we were not informed prior to arrival..and on arrival front desk manager Daniel said there were no renovations happening noise must be trom another building..we were moved from disgusting first room to floor 15 and we saw workers renovating room.
Eventually moved to a clean room on level 20
Pickle ball noise shouting and very noisy. Open till midnight.
Stayed here before and scored it 10
Very disappointing this stay

Pros:

Cons:

at level 24 , night time 3am heard footsteps running perhaps its school holidays so hotel many guests.

No toothbrush . Need call reception request.
