The shower in my hotel room didn’t seem to be working properly. Water was coming out of both the tub spout and the showerhead at the same time, and the water pressure from the showerhead was very low. It seemed like there may have been a clog or an issue with the diverter
Great location to river walk and the Alamo. Staff at the hotel are great and responsive for your needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great location that is right up the sidewalk from the convention center. I enjoyed the closeness of food and entertainment at the Riverfront area. The hotel was clean and the staff responsive to anything that I needed. Good value for the price paid.
I have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened. It is one of my favorite hotels to stay at the Riverwalk. The Club access is very helpful, especially when I need to work and it's extremely close to everything, especially if you're going to a show.
Great service, they receive you with cocktails or water infusion. great location, and they have a very nice restaurant "ruth", the same hotel staff put the reservation at the restaurant, great steaks and wine. the river walk was just at the hotel door. I like the breakfast too.
I stayed for 8 days for the APCO Public Safety Conference and loved being right next to the convention center. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the rooms were quiet, beds super comfy and I had a perfect stay. Thank you.
It's a good hotel at centralized to the city and convention center. Most of the staff was really nice. The food was a bit pricey and lacked variety.
We love coming to the Grand Hyatt San Antonio with Grand Club access for a fun staycation. There is always a great, fresh spread of delicious bites and drinks at the Grand Club. It’s clean and spacious with plenty of room even when there are multiple people present.

Beware predatory parking prices. They don't tell you till after that self park is $61 a day! and valet is $72/day. Just outrageous for a hotel not in Hawaii!
