We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again at this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy access to the convention center and river walk. The restaurants and bars were very nice and convenient.

Major Let Down
Pros:

Parking was horrible, valet and self parking was the same fee, but you won't know that until you go to the front desk to check in , because the sign outside for self park says one thing but the desk makes their own fee I guess. The place was clean, but that was not a king bed suite, the pillows suck, and there is no sleeper couch, but for a fee, they would be glad to room you another hard bed in there. I cannot believe this was my experience from the Grand Hyatt. Major Major Major let down.

Stellar Stay
Pros:

The location was great! Easy to get to all the attractions in downtown San Antonio. We walked everywhere! The drinks at the bar were super fun and innovative. My tween kiddos loved the hotel! Adam in the Club Lounge was amazing! So kind and informative. We enjoyed chatting with him during happy hour.

Nice place although the price is high specially the food on the premises
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect, rooms were clean, room services were excellent. Only the convenient store with some food options were very expensive.

Pros:

Clean and Modernize Hotel. Bedsheets and pillowcases were very clean and no water stains in the ceiling. No bad smells throughout the hotel. Awesome stay and will definitely come back to stay.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Right on the Riverwalk and close to the Alamo. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was very nice too. Kids had fun.

Great hotel in downtown San Antonio
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Location is great because it’s not right in the middle of traffic. Access is easy. Food is great. Service is amazing. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Location, view, underground parking, early check in

Cons:

Shower didn’t work properly, it is pretty bad such obvious things for the hotel of this level, also it is strange how it is possible when you book the room for two adults and two kids 4 years and there is only two beds each for one person and it’s was so high that it was literally scary for the child who can possibly fall down from it and get injured…
