Very relaxing and fun

Jose met us at the entrance. He was absoluly awsome! Helped us with information, parking our car and giving us local information!

I attended a Business Conference

Cons:

We encountered several issues during our stay:
On the first day, breakfast was chaotic. While we understand there was a rush, there was no clear process in place to manage it. We raised our concerns, and to their credit, the second day was more organized despite similar crowds.
The billing process was particularly disappointing. I was incorrectly charged for breakfast, which was supposed to be included. Though the charge was waived after I pointed it out, I was again charged after returning home. I had to call once more to have it removed.
These repeated errors leave me questioning the reliability of the process. Vacations should be stress-free, and the need to closely scrutinize the bill for such mistakes is not something I expect from a hotel of Grand Hyatt’s reputation. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return.

Great stay Horrible beggining
Pros:

Beautiful lobby. Bed was very comfy me & my wife had issues getting out of bed for how comfy it was

Cons:

Everything was fine. Only issue i had was being charged double for my stay because the staff member couldnt believe i had already paid online thru booking.com. When i told her i was confused as to why i was paying again she said “yea im confused too” it was only until i got to my room where i called the hotel again and explained thru the phone where i was told it was a mistake and the charge on my card will be released within 5 days. Not a big deal but still very ignorant on the staff members part for not actually trying to see if i had paid or not. As of right now my credit card is still holding the charge and im just hoping the charge is actually dismissed like they told me

I book it because it says that they didn’t allow pets and I saw that there was a lot of dogs and I’m allergic to dogs so I ended leaving early I only stayed for one night.

Clean hotel. Good staff. Crazy breakfast price!
Pros:

Hotel and staff were fine. Coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient. Breakfast was $36 a person which is unreasonable for a family of 4. There’s not a breakfast on the planet that is worth that!

Exceptional experience!
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk was amazing! The location to the Conference Center and River Walk is excellent! They have an entrance for River Walk and are next door to the Convention Center. The staff was very polite, helpful, and eager to provide recommendations and directions. Dining, snacks, and a gift shop to top it all off!
