That there is no daily room cleaning/makeup service. You take $200 for incidentals but there is no mini bar or anything so why take the $200??? The room door bangs shut loudly. The room was really dark even with all the lights on.

Black Mold , unpleasant smell and will not stay again

Unfortunately the room contained black mold and a strong wet smell , requiring me to change rooms. Only to be greeted with the similar conditions. The hotel location was good and staff were friendly.

I did not see the paid parking noted at the time of booking an was required to pay $19.00 per day. I have stayed at Mantra Resorts previously and never had been met with such poor conditions or paid parking required.

Good over all, just some things to address in the rooms.
Pros:

The hotel is great, perfect location, staff friendly and organised, the room would have been good if the what didnt you like section was addressed.

Cons:

The room felt dirty, smelt wet and dirty, and there were marks on walls and carpet. It is all very tired looking. My dishwasher leaked water everywhere, when someone came to look at it all they did was put a towel on the floor and left it there for me to come back to, my shower leaked water everywhere as well.

It’s shit. How could you charge money for this???
Pros:

I didn’t get any breakfast. Was it even on offer or included in my booking? The staff never mentioned it.

Cons:

When I checked in I asked for a late check out and was told I would have to call reception the next morning to ask for a late check out. That is ridiculous given I need to know if I’ve got a late check out before the morning that I’m checking out. The kettle in my room didn’t work. If I turned on the shower it flooded the whole bathroom!!!

Pros:

The location was good and they did room service which was also good.

Cons:

The staff were inattentive and unhelpful. The rooms and facilities are dated and run down with what appears to be a backlog in maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The property was poor and I cant recommend it, especially given the rates they charge.

Not worth of money, no room service, stink, no hot shower.

Reception lady is really helpful trying her best to sort the stuff we complaining about.

The first room we had is hotel room only no room service / housekeeping but still pay $175 per night no brekky, not good shower,hot water is cold after three minutes and there no drain in bathroom so flooding become issue. slippery, partner almost slipped few times . We dont even have milk. We went paid upgraded room and the level were in the whole level stinks like garbage that we pay extra for “one bedroom” extra $35, we stayed there before few times and its good but now we dont like to come back as its overpriced for the room and lots of issues.
