General comfortable and a good location but quite expensive
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good to have air conditioning, ceiling fans and a dehumidifier in the room. It is very hot and humid

Bathroom is looking slightly tired. Water leaking from the shower

I stayed here at the beginning and end . Loved it . Stayed one night at Ridges was the biggest mistake.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and offered room upgrade upon check in. Also allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check out.

Cons:

Shower design meant that water couldn’t drain away and would spill into the bathroom but it was manageable.

Ok to stay

Room was not overly clean, had to move the couch as dropped something, behind couch filthy, kitchen limited, stovetop hopeless, dishwasher leaked a little

For the cost of the stay I would have expected a more positive experience although location, view & size of the room
Pros:

Location, view, pool, washing machine & dryer in personal bathroom & bedroom seperate to the rest of the room was good.

Cons:

Hallways between elevator & room always had bad smells. First arrival into room smelt like sewerage in the bathroom. Humidifier in room was full upon arrival. Parking at $20 per day is a rip off when it’s still a struggle to find a space that isn’t taken or already reserved. Had no information about breakfast or opening times. Food from room service was disappointing & very expensive (ordered pizza & a portion of chips - pizza was microwaved quality, chips were good but was billed over $100 for the room service when checking out).
