The parking was poor.
The bed was lopsided on the right side.
Roaches in room.
The door was extremely hard to get the key out when locking or unlocking.

Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to the interstate and surrounding cities property,and rooms were clean had a good stay and would visit when in Statesville .Thank you for a pleasant visit

Great stay, doing it again next week!
Pros:

I liked everything, based on a star hotel, everything was upscale. It was like a small apartment with enough space to find it cosy. Having the kitchen and the walking distance close to places to eat, made the stay exceptionally great! I would recommend everyone to this place of stay

Cons:

Landscaping cuts on Saturday mornings and construction work done early in the morning typically weekdays. The place is being rejuvenated via sounds of construction on site.

Lowest point of any stays in my 71 year life- so thankful my wife was not with me because we would have left

Nothing staff - room smells of excessive deodorizer- lock doorknob clock all not working - light would go on not off / mold on floor in bathroom- bugs in bathroom on vanity - toilet paper holder broken- kitchen sink tap very loose afraid to use it

Very reasonable price with good amenities
Pros:

Location was great!! Staff was pleasant. There wasn't any noise from traffic.

Cons:

Bedroom doesn't have black out shades or curtains so be prepared to wake up with the sunlight. Stayed on 2nd floor in a suite, thankfully I was able to climb stairs for this visit.
