Good Location
The bathroom walls were dirty. Had dirt in every corner of the ceiling and floor. The clothes rack was a cheap dollar store find there was no closet. The mini fridge was dirty. Had something dried on shelf and bottom of inside that had previously been spilled and not cleaned. At the full breakfast the pastry’s were non existent only had apples no other fruit and it took over 30 minutes in line to be able to make a waffle that my granddaughter wanted for breakfast. The eggs and sausage were standard nothing exceptional. Not enough seating for breakfast.
Hotel is clean. Location is supposed to be good, they are located near an apartment complex with high crime rate.
Hotel staff knows of nightly thefts however they don't warn customers or hire security. Several cars were broken into. This is a recurring problem.

The staff was helpful .
I booked this hotel expecting a basic stay, but the quality was far below acceptable. I tried to cancel my reservation after seeing the condition of the room. I called Booking.com several times but never got an answer. When I attempted to cancel through the website, I was going to be charged about $176 in cancellation fees. Since I had booked two nights, I had no choice but to stay.
The experience only got worse. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the carpet was wet, and the room was dirty. The sofa was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The room key did not work when I arrived, and I had to spend about 45 minutes going back and forth to the front desk before the staff finally got the door open. Housekeeping never serviced the room during my stay, including not changing the sheets.
Although this hotel is inexpensive, the condition of the room and the poor service did not justify the price. Even for a budget hotel, I expected a clean, functional room and basic customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

The property was well organized and neat. The staff helped me with my check in and when I checked out. Enjoying the size of the room, the couch was comfortable.
The room I stayed in had a questionable air conditioner. From staying in the room at night, the air condition unit had a hard time make the room cold, but even from the distance the bed was to the air conditioner, it still did not feel cold.
