Fantastic for a short break indoor pool amazing
Pros:

We live on the east coast of Mallorca and wanted a break with a hotel with an indoor pool which was fantastic the breakfast was good the best restaurant is the Italian called Campillo amazing and a very short walk from the main hotel

Cons:

The restaurant in the hotel, food not to our taste staff were amazing though

Pros:

Super Lage. Sehr schöne Röumlichkeiten mit tollem Blick. Schwimmbad richtig groß und großer Trainingsbereich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gutes Restaurant

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Große Sauna aber kaum Ruhemöglichkeiten.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist ausschließlich der Empfang – freundlich, professionell und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel in weiten Teilen nicht dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Standard. Zimmer und Spa sind deutlich renovierungsbedürftig: veraltete Ausstattung, abgenutzte Materialien und insgesamt ein wenig gepflegter Eindruck. Besonders der Wellnessbereich wirkt nicht zeitgemäß und lädt
. Abgesehen davon steht das gebotene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur Klassifizierung als 5-Sterne-Hotel.

We love it and we will return time and time again.
Pros:

We love the comforting rooms, the staff and the breakfast.

Cons:

We would like a babysitting facility and potentially a children’s club for our little boy. I also didn’t like the staff member accompanying me whilst looking at the clothes shop in the spa. Made me feel very uneasy and if I wanted to buy something I wouldn’t have done on that basis.

El hotel esta bien para un hotel de 4 o 3 estrellas

Cons:

Usan un montón de cloro en la piscina no sal, el desayuno utilizan aceites refinados para cocinar, lo que hizo que me sentara mal y acabe vomitando....no funcionaba el ascensor y estuve subiendo y bajando escaleras sin parar y la habitación estaba lejos...no es un hotel de 5 estrellas
