River Inn of Harbor Town

Location, service, facilities. Wish there were microwaves in my room to reheat my food. The bathtub was luxurious, followed by compliments champagne, a bathrobe and delicious cookies. I loved everything about my stay and will come again. what. The River Inn Terrace was my highlight! Love love love the ambience, jazz and food.

We had a great stay! Portwine for turn down was exceptional. All staff was kind. Next door breakfast was spot on. Very quiet location and the on site restaurants for food/beverage was perfect after a long day of traveling. Highly recommend.

This is one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed at. It is quiet and elegant with fabulous views of the Mississippi which is only a stone's throw away. The staff is kind and patient and the complimentary evening glass of wine is a very nice touch.

We really enjoyed our time at River Inn. Harbor Town is quiet and lovely. The river greenbelt park was wonderful for daily walks. The restaurant was also very nice and convenient. We were staying there for a wedding which was held on the lawn out front and catered by the hotel. Everything was really nice.

I needed a safe place to rest and relax after a long day. River Inn met all my expectations and then some!

Although a newer hotel, it had the feel of an old place in a very comfortable way.

Had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a large group but everything went smooth. The breakfast was great. Location is awesome with great views and local attractions. Rooms were clean and kept well stocked. Amazing amenities all around.

The services provided were top notch, from the smooth check in process to the thoughtful amenities throughout my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, which made the whole visit stress free and enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Great experience!!! Everyone was extremely nice. Breakfast was great as well. The bed and pillow was extremely comfy. Everything was clean.

Very disappointed with the hotel.
Refrigerator dead, electric outlet issues throughout the room. Half were dead.
Voltage issues as lights flickered all the time, indicating some major electrical issue. TV did not work, some issue with cable or system. Not much response from staff.

Charming area

Billing issues, SUPER soft mattress, weak AC, broken fridge, broken cabinets, flickering lights, overpriced garbage in the restaurant (Paulette's), and a waitress that didn't know how to process payment correctly. Overall? I'll never spend up for a "fancy" hotel again. First and last time.

Love the hotel. The resturant was awful. Terrible breakfast it was inedible.

We have stay at River Inn a few times. We always have a wonderful experience, when we do. The staff is excellent, and the location is great. It is in Harbor Town so it is safe, but close to all the downtown attractions and restaurants.

Hotel was very convenient. It’s surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance. There is a park across the street that oversees the MS River. Easily accessible to interstate 40 and the complimentary wine is a plus with the voucher and the wine in the room.

Friendly & helpful people, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, spacious comfortable room, lovely location.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Staff were great. The food was delicious.

Always a great spot - the hotel, Paulette’s Restaurant and Harbor Town - an oasis on an island in the MS River with a great view up and down the River.
