Todo en general. Muy bien ubicado,metro y tiendas cerca, habitación amplia y muy cómoda, desyauno perfecto con mucha variedad de alimentos y buena calidad, nevera en la habitación, té y café en recepción gratuito, la piscina perfecta para fresecarte y te dan toalla.

Booking.com und Pinnacle Lumpini diesmal eine Enttäuschung. Bereits mehrmals früher recht zufrieden.

Cons:

Telefonisch wurde eine Nacht Verlängerung zugesagt.
Beim Einchecken hieß es: Wir sind voll. Begründung: Wegen des Muttertags weniger Arbeitskräfte. Der Rat, das Nachbarhotel aufzusuchen, erwies sich als falsch, ebenfalls ausgebucht.

Wir hatten über booking.com gebucht, hatten aber uns um einen Tag bei der Anmeldung getäuscht und keine Stornierung
gebucht. Booking com erwies sich als nicht hilfreich. Behauptung, das Pinnacle Lumpini Hotel sei telefonisch nicht erreichbar oder melde sich nicht. - Das Gegenteil ist richtig. Wir konnten mit dem Hotel von Deutschland aus telefonieren. Siehe oben! Wir bekamen eine Zusage, die aber nicht eingehalten wurde.
