Not as expected
Pros:

The service was good in all phases of our stay. However, we did not expect such an untidy restroom. Especially, the condition of washroom, the plug sockets and shower lotion holders condition (just to name a few). As this is an expensive stay, we thought the rooms would be much cleaner.

Room Service was bit lagging,staff at the breakfast are very kind and courteous but have few opportunities for the hotel room service to improve the service by replenishing the toiletries on the daily basis rather then reminding everyday to topup.

Stayed at Greenpark in Begumpet for 2 nights. The most disappointing part of this stay was the food- we were served spoiled curd rice which was shocking and could easily have led to food poisoning. We reported this to the staff and despite our concerns the head chef insisted that the product was good. The medhu vada served in the continental breakfast was also poorly made. Not what you would expect in Hyderabad at a “ 4 star hotel”. Would not recommend.
