Pros:

Location was perfect for Riverstage and the restaurants on offer within less then a 2 minute walk made it perfect!
The bed was also very comfy!

Beds had to be rearranged as the king and two singles were requested at booking and on arrival there was two kings so after calling reception the change was made very promptly which was very good service

Comfortable accommodation, great location.
Cons:

Room was musty smelling. Water marks on the ceiling and floors. Must have been inundated by the weather at some time. ( black dust marks from aircon outlet...or black mould!)
Bathroom shower screen was badly affected by rust.

We had a very busy time with some Brisbane family functions so we were basically only in the unit to sleep.
Pros:

The location was handy to the shops.
The staff at Reception were very pleasant.

Cons:

There is a very bad musty damp smell in the unit we were in .. it was awful having to stay 4 nights in that unit with the smell never going. I think it needs to be investigated!!
I wish I had asked to be moved to a different one from the First day we got there Thursday 5th Feb. I had 2 bookings as I had booked Fri 6th Feb to 9th Feb originally then got another booking for Thurs 5th when our plans changed.( and we got to Brisbane a day early). The smell was awful and made me have to go and buy nausea tablets as it was making me feel sick. And we also noted a sewerage smell in the drains.
The unit needs a very good clean .. the lounge was grubby. Mould around taps etc.
