High above the Brisbane CBD but still within easy walking distance of major highlights.
Pros:

Oaks Brisbane on Charlotte is situated just a short walk from the Central Station, the Botanical Gardens and the Riverside Walk. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony giving good bird eyes views of the CBD. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Pros:

Very convenient location, and the facilities are quite well maintained. Bed was comfortable with fresh sheets. Things work in the room. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A bit insufficient power sockets in the living room area. The toilet and washing sink tend to have soap suds flow back from when washing my hands or bathing. The tumble dryer's lint filter is too loose and will fall off when using the dryer.

Comfortable apartment with nearly everything we needed. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Nice roomy apartment with all mod cons. Separate bedroom with great king-sized bed. Plenty of storage. Luggage rack and standing clothes dryer were very useful. Walk-in spacious shower. Large balcony. Quiet.

Cons:

The towel rail fell off the bathroom wall as a towel was lifted off. Took 2 days to fix. The air-conditioner chirped frequently and management advised that an engineer would be required to rectify the problem. However I was able to program it so the chirping stopped. If there had been an instruction manual in the apartment the first night's sleep would not have been disrupted. The apartment was dark as there was a lot of high-rise apartments surrounding it. A small saucepan should have been provided in the kitchen.

The location was the thing that was the best for me, I’d booked for a course in the QHA , being from the country I was a little scared and had no idea about my way around and the charlotte suites were just around the corner is was perfect
