Great location for walking to all locations.. Kangaroo Point , Southbank,Riverside walk, Queen Street Mall, QPAC to see Beetlejuice
Good sized 1br apartment to self cater and close to eateries and shopping

Cons:

A/c / heating did not work..reported 3 times and answer was to just shut the valves off..not really effective. ..thank goodness for a blanket

Hôtel confortable et pratique, avec un emplacement idéal dans le CBD et une vue de rêve !
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, il y a un supermarché à 5mins à pied, de nombreux restos aux alentours, un super café en face pour le petit déjeuner (Inter/Section), un loueur de voiture plus loin dans la rue, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut à proximité ! On peut rapidement accéder à pied au Botanic Garden et à la rivière.
La chambre était beaucoup plus spacieuse en réalité que ce que les photos du site pouvaient laisser penser, on avait la place d'ouvrir nos 2 grandes valises dans l'appartement et de circuler autour. Le lit était confortable et de manière globale, l'appartement était agréable à vivre, on s'y est très bien senti pendant 10 jours et nous étions à l'aise (2 personnes).
La vue depuis le 42ème étage est incroyable, on arrive à voir la rivière et toute la ville, nous n'avions pas de vis à vis proche et on pouvait admirer le lever du soleil ! Ce n'est pas précisé sur le site, mais les fenêtres des balcons internes peuvent s'ouvrir intégralement ce qui permet d'aérer tout en ayant une plus grande surface habitable que si c'était un balcon externe.
Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique, prêt à nous donner des conseils et nous rendre service.
Le rapport qualité / prix est correct et nous retournerons ici sans hésiter !

Cons:

La cuisine n'est pas très équipée : pas de cafetière à piston ni de machine à café, pas de paire de ciseaux, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et les poêles étaient assez fatiguées et rayées. Il y a eu quelques pannes d'ascenseur dans l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, ce qui pouvait rendre les trajets assez lents et l'attente parfois longue.

Excellent location and super friendly staff available 24/7. Check in and check out was easy. Loved the alcove balcony that you could close and open up. Very spacious room. Close to shops and restaurants. Great soundproofing on the room

Cons:

Some little things were missing, given it was self catering, like a dustpan and tissues . More instruction on the property on arrival wpuld have been great (how to work the balcony doors and windows, where the rubbish chute is, how to work the TV etc . The gym is a bit sparse and tired-looking. More of a small room with a few bits if fitness equipment. There were roadworks in when I visited and they were very noisy. But of a dubious sometimes where safety is concerned

Great location, spacious suite, super staff.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located in Brisbane, so we could easily explore the city by foot and ferry. The cute coffee shop next door was great for a yummy breakfast in the morning. Our suite was laid our perfectly for our family of four with two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, living/dining room and a little sun room. Staff was super nice and accomodating.
