A decent stay but overpriced for what you got.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Having parking is helpful even if it gets full and we decided not to go out one night as all the spaces were full and we worried we wouldn't get back in. Apples in the lobby a nice touch. Cons:

There was a rattle in the air conditioner and it wouldn't work right. We told the desk about the rattle and the staff member came up to confirm it was in the air-conditioned and just to turn it off. We did that but then the room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. There was no complimentary bottles of water which would usually be offered in a room rated 5 star. It isn't soundproof like advertised. We could hear people in the hallway.

It was comfortable and we really appreciated the great cafe/ restaurant downstairs.
Pros:

Yhe king-size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The tea/ coffee facilities could have been less poky and there could have been a better arrangement for sitting and dining.

Great modern hotel with the friendliest staff, close to airport and city centre.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff and super comfortable beds. The rooms were massive

Cons:

No usb connections to plug iPhone chargers into had to move the bedside table and use a plug.

Pros:

Lovely staff, great location, great balcony, spacious room, comfy bed.

Cons:

The living room furniture is tremendously uncomfortable - chosen for style instead of comfort and practicality. The bathroom design is silly, shower and basin crammed into a dark corner behind the door, with no natural light.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious

Cons:

Lacking a cohesive customer experience and good maintenance of rooms. Asked for our room to be made up the next day, which was never done. Asked for a bag trolley at checkout, which never arrived. The bath didn’t work, the shower had holes through the wall and the aircon would not cool the room lower than 25 degrees.
