Cons:

Wifi is just unbearable. You won’t be able to even surf the internet and do regular email ans such stuffs with auch a horrible connection. On top of that, the wifi gets disconnected.

Extremely good value for money with welcoming staff and functioning & clean rooms for a good stay!
Pros:

It was extremely good value for our money, and close to our location, which was the most important thing for our one night stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I appreciated having them there! The bathroom was stocked up with shampoos and body wash which were perfect for the morning. The TV was nice, the airconditioner was great and it was a comfortable room.

Cons:

The water from the tap came out warm at night and for some reason we couldn't get the door to lock properly at night but I'm sure if we had gone to the staff they would have helped us.

Pros:

Even though it was dated, it was still clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our room 408 had no curtains so having daylight come through the windows at 6.30am made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Great location, close to everything in Melbourne CBD. Also it is within the budget even during public holidays.

Cons:

It is an old and shabby hotel (feels more like a motel), but if you're used to a budget hotel and don't expect too much from them, you should be alright.
