Great location, comfortable room, a tad noisy at times, but would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were always friendly, the lift and corridors were always clean. The room was a good size and included a small kitchenette. Great location for experiencing the centre of Melbourne.

Cons:

I found the noise outside in the alleyway to be quite loud early in the morning. I used my phone as a white noise machine to help drown it out.

Best spot in Melbourne !
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and professional, the room was big , with a lot of amenities included. Really convenient spot. They even stored our uggage for a while after check out.

Pros:

Conveniently located, only a few blocks from Melbourne Central or Flinders station. Most amenities are within walking distance, if you like shopping, book this place. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. Book the studio, you'll get a desk and furnished kitchen. The reception team are helpful and efficient. Their room rates are very reasonable for Melbourne city, highly recommended.
