Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bags got stolen from our room while we went out to a concert. Room was very old and under the bed was filthy.

Great location and very reasonable price.
Pros:

Marvellous location near Hardware Lane and multiple free trams. The rooms are a good size, if a little worn, the beds are very nice and the shower is good.

Cons:

Noise from the street at night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Holiday made extra easy because of the location and ease to access upon arrival and through the stay
Pros:

They had 24 hour concierge. Friendly staff. Excellent location to tram, shops and great restaurants and cafes. A great base to drop in and out throughout the day to drop off the shopping, have a nap, a drink to recharge before heading out again. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed hearing the clock tower bell ringing.

Cons:

A bit dated and hallways could be spruced up and brighter lighting. A bit noisy Fri night, however that’s the trade off for being so close to everything. Despite that I would definitely come back and stay

Pros:

Demolition is in the pkans for this hotel. While the facikities were very useable and the room was clean, the appearsnce of the hotel created a feeling of being old and tired. It would not have felt so tired if we had not stayed 3 nights at another hotel a couple of blocks away where we had a suite with two bedroons with ensuites and a laundry room on the same level for guests and a grand hotel feeling for $15 dollars more.

All round great city stay for a couple of days, good facilities and staff pleasant and helpful
Pros:

Easy to find, fantastic location, spacious room and awesome hot shower

Cons:

Maybe upgrade on things like blinds as although they worked they were a bit stained
