very disappointing
Cons:

I had items stolen from my room. The management did nothing to help me figure it out. They asked housekeeping and they denied it.
The place is rundown and dirty. The price was high only because it is in Bloomington.

We had a great unexpected stay after a rough day!

It was convenient and staff was very welcoming and friendly

Cons:

Not well stocked on drink and snacks but no big issues! Could carry hairbrushes in the future

Not getting charged twice for not even staying there and also not getting charged for breaking something in that room when I didn’t even get to stay there due to they didn’t have my reservation and didn’t have any rooms when I got there.

It was over priced for the quality.
Pros:

The breakfast had a decent variety, a good selection. I liked that it was close to restaurants and the expressway.

Cons:

We woke up around 3am to two gun shots being fired and were unable to go back to sleep. I know it woke the people in the room next to us and they packed up and left.
