Rickie and Nevada made this an exceptional stay!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially Rickie, Nevada and Maria! Location was excellent, right across from Factor's Walk and River St. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

Cost for parking was high.

Very disappointing despite good reviews from others
Pros:

Very disappointed with this hotel. Despite booking 4 months ago and requesting a quiet room we were given room 214 which is on the Main Street with large trucks passing day and night (the room shook every time one passed) Got about two hrs max sleep. We are diamond members and have stayed at numerous IHG hotels. At 1am we asked to change rooms and were told they were fully booked. We stayed in the Holiday Inn last time which was far better. Breakfast was so so - fruit was tinned - not fresh.

Pros:

Great location! Very close to River Street and many bars and restaurants. We had a car but did not need it much except to drive out to Tybee Island. Staff was very nice!

Cons:

We stayed in an interior room that did not have external facing windows. Was pretty dark, but we weren’t in the room that often anyway.

Loved being able to do a load of laundry. The location was perfect to walk to see the sights.
Pros:

We had 3 breakfasts. Two were very well stocked, one they were out of eggs and didn’t restock until we were done. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and the biscuits and gravy..

Comfort and convenience!
Pros:

Room was super clean, beds comfortable, and staff very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is in a lovely district for shopping, dining and relaxing by the river. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Won’t Go Back
Pros:

Great location and hotel breakfast. I had an issue with the parking while staying there. I also found a roach in my room. While the issue with the parking was ultimately resolved, the experience was disappointing and concerning especially because not every guest may feel comfortable challenging a charge. The hotel parking was $32 a day. FYI It’s cheaper elsewhere.

Great walkable location for historic Savannah
Pros:

The location was perfect! It was just across the street from River Street and just about 4 blocks away from Broughton St. We walked everywhere within the north historic district and it was never a far walk! We have to shout out Theresa as well, from the moment we walked in to check in, she greeted us like family, she was so kind, patient, welcoming, and full of energy.

Cons:

There's really nothing negative we could say about our stay. We look forward to coming back.
