Pros:

The staff was great and responsive.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were green. It was a staycation with my grandsons. They love staying in hotels and playing in the pools. But the tub and hot tub were green. It was disappointing.

Pros:

The Hotel was nice however for $250.00 for a one night stay was a bit pricey to not include the free breakfast. I will definitely check that out in the future.

Pros:

I cancelled my reservation. Both this hotel location and booing.com did not honor the agreement when you sign up for the cancellation insurance. .

Cons:

They don’t work with the customer to resolve issues.

It’s was ok.
Pros:

Staff was nice and allowed me to check in early and leave late.

Cons:

I booked the room with a jetted tub, there was a brown ring around the whole thing. Went to call the front desk by my room phone didn’t work. Ended up asking the cleaning lady’s for supplies and cleaned it my self.

The hot tub didn't work, or the pool. They were both cold. Lighting in the suite area was just adequate

The way they make u order off a menu instead of having the food accessible for everyone really sucked...They told me if my 10 yr old ordered off the menu we would have to pay for him because he didn't want anything off the kids menu..

Close to campus, comfortable lodging for game day weekend
Pros:

The location was close to campus and easy to get around. Breakfast was good. They had a good selection of snacks, should anyone need a late night something or other.

Cons:

The only thing we noticed was the shower curtain didn’t seem to adequately contain the water in the shower. The floor regularly took on water when we showered. Perhaps curtain just needs to be a little bit longer.

Pros:

Located in good area.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included in rate quoted. This wasn’t clear on listing and was omitted on check in. I would have booked a different hotel if that was communicated.
