Absolutely love this place! It's in a very convenient location, very nice rooms and the staff is exceptional. Mrs Sandy always treats me well at breakfast and almost feels like home! This is my go to place when in Charleston!

Sandy was a fantastic server. Very helpful with a lovely smile. She even has some nice cursive. Easily legible, not the typical doctors chicken scratch.

Had a great two-night stay. The front desk staff (Isabel and John) were helpful, the shuttle driver (Kim) was pleasant company on the ride, and my breakfast was delicious. The service (Ms. Jackie and Ryan) in Indigo restaurant was great.

I had the pleasure of staying at Doubletree Hilton North Charleston for two weeks while on a work trip with my husband. We were met with such wonderful hospitality. I want to give a major shoutout to Jackie and Sandy at the Indigo restaurant. Every morning, I’d make my way down to the lobby for breakfast and was greeted by the two of them with such warmth, joy, and happiness. When you travel for business, the monotony of daily meetings can weigh heavily on the mind, but I found myself looking forward to seeing Jackie’s bubbly smile to start my day. The food is delicious, the coffee is flowing, the cleanliness is top notch, and these ladies made the atmosphere personable. Thank you Jackie and Sandy, for making my stay feel a little like home. - Hanna

There were (seemed intentional) loud non-vocal disturbances ALL NIGHT close proximity to my Assigned Roon on 6th floor. During my online Reservation, I requested room on the LOWEST LEVEL, got just the OPPOSITE 6 Fl.

The staff is wonderful! I want to thank Sandy who works in the dining room at breakfast. My husband travels frequently for work and stays here - he has told me about Sandy and how friendly and helpful she is. It really makes travelling easier when there are friendly people. Today I had the opportunity to meet Sandy, not only did she know my husband by name, I too saw the kindness exhibited to myself and others. Plus when I ordered peach juice (yes, peach!) she said her favorite was to try it with a little bit of cranberry juice mixed in. It was delicious ! Thank you Sandy for being a great ambassador for Hilton, but also a wonderful person!

How quiet and clean everything was. Staff was very nice to us.

The hotel is clean and service is great! Sandy and provided excellent services for breakfast. She was friendly, accommodating and mindful.

I decided to have breakfast in The Indigo Lounge (7/09/26) and want to give a HUGE thanks to Sandy. She is a true Representative of Southern Hospitality, and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked up to get seated. I ordered the Blueberry Pancakes which were delicious. Sandy went above and beyond in making sure all was good and is very kind and personable . . . such a Beautiful Lady . . . and truly cared about my experience. I felt like I had known her all of my life which took my dining experience to the next level.

I've stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton for the past two weeks. In the mornings, I typically get breakfast at the restaurant. I must say the level of customer service provided by Sandy and Tiffany has been exceptional. Both ladies have provided an outstanding service which resonates and jump starts my day. To all current and future guest, please get breakfast and you will be very pleased with the high customer service from both ladies.
