Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist sofort mittendrin und kann sich am Morgen an dem kleinen Hafen in die Sonne setzen.
Das Frühstück war prima und hatte für uns genug Auswahl.
Für 10€ pro Tag konnte man das Auto etwas außerhalb in einem abgesperrten Bereich abstellen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und klein. Zum Bett musste man eine Treppe, eher eine Stiege hinaufgehen. Für ältere Menschen auf keinen Fall geeignet. Unterm Dach ist es dann ziemlich warm, es wäre aber eine Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett vorhanden. Man musste gut aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf anstößt.

La stanza era molto pulita ed i materassi fantastici. Lo staff è molto cordiale.

Il peggior caffè della mia vita. Non so com'è stata tarata la macchinetta del caffè per la colazione ma non mi è mai capitato che con un cappuccino/latte macchiato si riempisse nemmeno metà tazza. E tutto con un sapore veramente pessimo!

El hotel se encuentra en Malcesine. Es un pueblo que para mi gusto es demasiado turístico y no me volvería a hospedar ahí. Sacando esto de lado, el hotel está muy bien, delante del lago, con un desayuno muy variado y contuntente. Dejo un 5 como review porque cuando fui a reservar con booking, me equivoqué e hice dos reservas. Llamé inmediatamente y me dijeron que no me cancelaban la reserva, lo que me dejó perpleja puesto que había reservado y llamado al momento. Seguí insistiendo y al final me lo devolvieron al cabo de 4 días, sin ningún preaviso. Mi familia y yo lo pasamos mal con esta situación angustiante y encontramos que fue una falta de atención al cliente muy importante esta poca flexibilidad y entendimiento.

3 gwiazdki były kilkanaście lat temu...
Pros:

Lokalizacja obiektu doskonała, blisko stacji promu, w centralnej części miasta. Śniadania rewelacyjne, duży wybór dań zarówno wytrawnych, jak i słodkich. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Wygodne łóżka, świetnie działające udogodnienia typu TV, klimatyzacja. Śmiało mogę polecić to miejsce, jeżeli zależy Wam na doskonałej lokalizacji, wygodnych łóżkach i pysznym jedzeniu. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Cons:

Z minusów po przyjeździe dostaliśmy pokój, który nie był do końca przygotowany do wizyty gości. Woda w umywalce nie schodziła, za to w toalecie mamy wrażenie, że cienki strumień lał się ciągle. Dodatkowo umywalka i wc nie były sprzątnięte, nie mieliśmy kosmetyków. Po zgłoszeniu sytuacji personelowi natychmiast przepchano nam odpływ, następnego dnia zabrano starą lodówkę i połamaną suszarkę do ubrań oraz zapewniono przybory toaletowe. Jednak przy pobycie 2-dniowym trochę się zawiedliśmy. W pierwszą noc bardzo głośno bzyczało miejsce do włożenia kart hotelowych i nie mogliśmy się wyspać, ale następnego dnia okazało się, że po wyjęciu, odczekaniu kilku minut i ponownym włożeniu problem mijał. Wi-fi niestety bardzo często się rozłączało. Ogólnie widać, że obiektowi przydałby się generalny remont wnętrz pokoi, bo ich świetność miała miejsca kilkanaście lat temu (np. brak kinkietu w jednej z lamp).
