Cons:

Sehr schlechtes Frühstück, abgepackte Sachen. Kein frisches Obst, kein Vernünftiger Saft ( nur diese Konzentrate, die mehr nach Chemie als alles andere schmecken), Kaffeeautomat aus der Steinzeit, es kam vor dass ich mehr als 5 mins anstehen musste…im Hotel…für einen Kaffee mit billigbohnen..

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The Location is unbeatable.
Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops and immediately at the Ferry ⛴️ Terminal. Loved being able to jump straight into the Lake from the property. Superb view of Lake and Mountains from Balcony.

Cons:

Stairs required to get up and down to the Main Bed.
Not good for less mobile or elderly visitors.

Pros:

Lage war topp, direkt am See! Das Frühstück war super, alles bestens!

Cons:

Die Parkplatz-Situation, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld! Das Parken auf dem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz kostete für die Zeit 43 €.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Essen sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend.

Malcesine che sorpresa!
Pros:

Posizione ottima x la visita del territorio, camera soppalcata molto particolare e graziosa

Cons:

Forse non avere avuto la TV nella zona notte ma nel salottino al piano di sotto(camera soppalcata)..ma forse è più giusto così!!

Pros:

Der Personal war freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch nichts besonderes

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe, sehr klein, nicht sauber und noch der Dreck von den Vorgängern da. Die Möbel extrem alt und defekt, der Stuhl im Zimmer durfte nicht angefasst werden da dieser sonst auseinander gefallen wäre. Im Badezimmer waren noch Haare und Duschgel in der Dusche. Die "kostenlosen" Duschgel und Bodylotion waren bereits von anderen benutzt ( Also wurde dies nicht mal kontrolliert) Anstatt das 3 Bett was wir erwartet hatten war es eine Schlafcouch die man zur Hälfte aufgeklappt hatte. Wenn man als Familie zu 3 ein Zimmer bucht wäre es auch schön wenn man 3 Stühle hätte.... Das Zimmer hatte für 3 Personen die Größe der Besenkammer von Harry Potter.
Ich fahren nun seit 40 Jahren an den Gardasee und war noch nie so enttäuscht.
