Ho soggiornato con mia figlia e mi sono trovata benissimo grazie alla disponibilità e all'accoglienza del gestore e di tutto lo staff. Colazione abbondante con molta scelta, cena in hotel altrettanto abbondante e ottima. Piscina grande e ben tenuta. Disponibilità di un grande numero di lettini sia a bordo piscina che nel grande parco/giardino dell'hotel. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Dall'hotel si raggiunge facilmente il lungolago anche piedi.

Müsli, Brot, Brötchen, Toast, Croissants, Joghurt, frisches Obst, Wurst, Käse, Butter, Margarine alles da.
Konfitüre leider nur in abgepackten kleinen Portionen.
Freundliche Kellner und freundliche Reinigungskräfte.
Sehr schöner Pool.

Cons:

Wir sind am Mittwoch, den 10.9.2025 gegen Abend im Park Hotel Oasis in Garda angereist. Am Donnerstagmorgen sind uns einige Dinge in unserem Zimmer aufgefallen, die in einem 4-Sterne-Hitel nicht zu Beanstandungen führen dürften. Über die nachfolgenden vier Beanstandungen haben wir die Rezeption schriftlich informiert und um ein anderen Zimmer gebeten.

1. Zwei Steckdosen waren defekt (Badezimmer und TV-Steckdose im Schlafraum).
Die Steckdosen wurden am Donnerstag repariert.
2. Terrassentüre lässt sich nicht öffnen bzw. nur mit äußerster Gewalt.
Auch hieran wurde gearbeitet. Die Türe ließ sich aber immer noch nur schwer öffnen.
3. Es gibt im Bad weder eine Duschkabine noch einen Duschvorhang. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden des halben Badezimmers nass. RUTSCHGEFAHR!!!
Wer trägt die Folgekosten, wenn ein Gast hier stürzt und sich verletzt?

4. Ich bin 190 cm groß und das Waschbecken ist in Höhe von etwas über meinem Knie angebracht.
Das liegt natürlich daran, dass unser Zimmer ein Zimmer für Behinderte war, aber das haben wir gar nicht gebucht.

Zu Pos. 3: Am Donnerstagabend wurde uns an der Rezeption von einer sehr freundlichen Dame gesagt, dass die Ausstattung des Bades in unserem Zimmer in diesem Hotel Standard ist. Meine Frage, ob das Hotel wirklich 4 Sterne hat, wurde von der freundlichen Dame mit "JA" beantwortet. Meine Anmerkung, dass in einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen in einem Standardzimmer ein Duschvorhang oder eine Duschkabine vorhanden sein müsste sagte die Dame, dass was sie haben ist unser Standard.
KANN DAS SEIN???
Zu Pos. 4: Das man hier an der Höhe des Waschbeckens nichts ändern kann ist selbstverständlich, aber unserer Bitte in ein anderen Zimmer umziehen zu dürfen wurde abgelehnt. Begründung: wir haben kein Zimmer frei.
Lt. Internet waren über Booking.com noch Zimmer zu buchen!!!

Cons:

Rezerwacja i płatność została dokonana przez aplikację Booking, hotel nie chce wystawić faktury za pobyt i płatność sugerując, że to booking ma wystawić fakturę, co oczywiście nie jest zgodne z prawdą, bo robię rezerwację tak zawsze i jeszcze żaden hotel nie robił takich problemów. Panie w recepcji bardzo niemiłe. Hotel nie zasługuje na 4 Gwiazdki, jest mocno w latach 90-tych wystrojem i zachowaniem personelu.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage liegt etwas oberhalb des Zentrums und zurückgesetzt an einer ruhigen Straße. Sehr sauber, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, auch auf der Veranda möglich.

Cons:

Morgendliche Müllabfuhr um 5 Uhr. Im Bad wären ein paar Hacken zum Aufhängen angebracht.
