Der große Pool ist das einzige Highlight

Im Großen und Ganzen ok, aber übernachten würden wir hier nicht mehr.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Garda. Das Zentrum ist aber zu Fuß in 15-20 min zu erreichen.
Das Hotel ist etwas zurückversetzt von der Straße. Vorm Hotel ist ein kleiner Parkplatz, zusätzlich gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Diese war super, so stand das Auto nicht in der Hitze.
Das Gebäude ist recht unscheinbar, da es nur 2 Stockwerke hat. Im „Innenhof“ ist der Pool in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Ausreichend Liegen sind am Pool und auf der Wiese vorhanden, Sonnenschirme ebenso.
Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Es gab von allem etwas. Das Personal war freundlich. Abendessen gibt es als 3-Gänge Menü. Hier kann man morgens entsprechen auswählen. Haben wir aber nicht gebucht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
War soweit aber ok, waren nicht viel im Zimmer. Die Betten bzw. Matratze sind furchtbar. Wer Rückenprobleme hat, sollte hier nicht übernachten. So schlecht haben wir noch nie geschlafen und waren immer froh wenn es morgen war.
In der Tiefgarage steht einiges von der alten Einrichtung. Scheinbar werden die Zimmer renoviert.

Van de 4 sterren zijn er 3 gelogen
Pros:

De ligging was goed niet te dicht bij het centrum maar wel op loop afstand

Cons:

Hotel was oud en versleten
Airco deed het nauwelijks tot niet
Kamers waren zeer gedateerd
Zwembad was vies en de tegels eromheen 80% kapot
Avond eten zou ik ook niet aanraden was ronduit smerig

Cons:

Albergo un po' datato, camera poco accogliente, datata, bagno con difetti. Avevo pagato per una camera con una terrazza vista piscina e mi sono trovato con una terrazza vista parcheggio, senza privacy in quanto la terrazza è unica nel piano, quindi per tutte le camere

brak warzyw na śniadanie. Obiekt reklamuje się jako przyjazny rodzinom a posiada basen o głębokości 1.7 m , porażka. personel słaby angielski. brak pralni i żelazka w 4 gwiazdkowym hotel to poniżej standardów. śmierdzi.

Soweit war alles okay
Pros:

Das nette personal, sehr reichhaltiges frühstück. Und das Abend essen war auch sehr gut. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war ok. Die Hotelzimmer könnten mal renoviert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Hotelzimmer sollten mal bisschen renoviert und aufgefrischt werden.

Jobb szolgáltatást lehetne nyújtani nagyobb odafigyeléssel, minimális, de állandó ráfordítással
Pros:

A bár menüje és a kiszolgálás tökéletes volt, recepción dolgozók kedvesen, segítőkészek. A hotel parkja és a medence környezete nagyon szép.

Cons:

A reggeli minden reggel ugyanaz, költségmentesen lehetne változatosabb fogásokat ajánlani.
Az ágybetét elhasználódott, nagyon puha, komoly problémát okoz a gerincbántalmakkal küzdőknek.
A garázsban hulladékot tárolnak sok parkoló helyen, több hely van eladva mint amennyi parkolóhely van, ez nem korrekt a vendégekkel szemben.
A medence zuhanyzói nem működnek, az napozóágyak közül nagyon sok a törött, a medence burkolatai sok helyen sérültek, az étteremben sok szék támlája szakadt, kényelmetlen.
A klíma gyakorlatilag nem tudta lehűteni a szobát.
