Atendimento decepcionante e falta de empatia
Fui hóspede deste hotel e, infelizmente, minha experiência foi marcada por um atendimento grosseiro e inflexível.
Já hospedada, precisei prolongar minha estadia. Por cansaço, acabei pagando duas vezes pela mesma noite. Ao perceber o erro no dia seguinte, procurei a recepção e a administração e pedi, com educação, apenas uma gentileza: que cancelassem o pagamento duplicado para que eu pudesse efetuar o pagamento da diária adicional. Deixei claro que não queria reembolso, apenas regularizar a hospedagem.
A resposta foi de total intransigência. Fui tratada de forma ríspida, sem nenhuma tentativa de solucionar um problema simples. Mesmo depois que o Booking entrou em contato e pediu ajuda ao hotel, o tratamento continuou grosseiro.
Um erro de pagamento pode acontecer com qualquer pessoa, e a forma como um hotel lida com isso diz muito sobre seu compromisso com os hóspedes. Saí me sentindo desrespeitada e mal atendida.
Não recomendo.

Os móveis alguns ja não estao em boa condições , o restante e bom.
Bom pequeno almoço, diversificado. Boa localização, perto da estação de comboios. Quarto agradável, cama confortável.
Falta de organização durante o pequeno almoço: mesas por levantar com louça suja, o colega teve de pedir à colaboradora talheres, copo, prato e chávena para se poder servir. Mobiliário do quarto com aspeto mais velho. Para um hotel 5 estrelas e pelo preço que a empresa pagou por noite, esperava-se melhor!

The mattress on bed was split in two.
Mi-a plăcut ca a fost în apropierea Culturguest, locația de interes pentru mine.
De asemenea mi-a plăcut ca avea zona de spa și piscină.
A fost neplăcut ca a fost oferită o cameră cu oglinda la baie Sparta iar ușa de la, baie nu se închidea. Camera a fost schimbată în urma, constatării ca nu se poate repara ușa de la baie.
Zona de spa are un program dezavantajos pentru cei care participă la diferite evenimente sau călătoresc pentru muncă (deschis între 10.30...11.00 și 19.30) ... De asemenea saunele sunt deteriorate, din saună umedă este văzută multă faianță și se cojeste tavanul iar în sauna uscata nu este clepsidra.
În camere mobilierul este invechit.
I didnt use any of these amenities. but the rooms were decent I just didnt like the doors of the toilets I felt like they dont give enough privacy.
just the doors on the toilets and generally the bathroom area. also there was no ventilation inside the bathroom which is not ideal. there was also no sockets near the bed which I didnt like.
Great hotel , very good spa and excellent personal on reception and in restaurant. I recommend this hotel to all my friends!
