During our first night, we were assigned a room with air conditioning that was not functioning properly. On the contrary, the room was extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We eventually had to change rooms at 2 a.m.
The following day, at 3:30 p.m., the new room had still not been cleaned and there were no clean towels or bathrobes available.
In addition, during the second night, two housekeeping staff members entered our room at 10 p.m. after knocking only once and opening the door immediately without waiting for our permission. They explained that they had come to clean the room.
In just 42 hours of stay, we had to make three complaints, which unfortunately had a significant impact on our overall experience and comfort.

The hotel was fine and had its own parking facilities. The Executive room was fairly priced, but the room had an odor, and the bathroom could not be locked. The couch in the “living room” was also not very comfortable.
We stayed for only one night, as we were in the city to explore Lisbon, so we did not fully explore the hotel or make use of its facilities.
Impõe-se uma melhoria da insonorização dos quartos. Fui acordado imensas vezes por barulho nos corredores ou simplesmente banhos/ autoclismos nos quartos adjacentes.
Os estores também são claramente insuficientes para manter o quarto escuro depois do nascer do sol, dificultando muito o descanso.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber geputzt, auch die restliche Anlage war immer sauber
Die Toiletten im Zimmer haben keine Tür, dass sollte man auf alle Fälle wissen
