Good location but slight smelly rooms and old furnitures and carpets. Not value for money.

Cons:

Hotel is quite old with low water pressure, dim lights and some smell is in the room. It seriously needs renovation. Not value for money.

The rooms were old and not so happening and hot water was not working completely

The rooms were old and old pach on back mirrors in bathroom and phones were not working and people don’t even respond when you call them on direct call also

Terrible wait staff, outrageously ridiculous room service & unclean hotel.
Pros:

Housekeeping staff was nice and considerate.

Cons:

No variety in food, breakfast was mediocre. Restaurant staff was more focused in passing off chores to each other rather than helping or serving clients. Room service was pathetic, a single order of even a coffee would take an hour at least. That too after reminding twice. Sheets smelled of sweat. Bathrooms had rusted soap dispenser & shower dispenser.
Had a room service personnel call the room close to midnight, just to verify a billing issue, which was the last straw. Front desk calls every day at random times of the day to ask how the stay was, which is too fake. Dinner was the same, at best, mediocre. But the wait staff was the worst, more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually serving.

There's a very nice ambience as soon as you arrive in the lobby, with helpful staff looking to quickly solve your queries and get you settled.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow and servers unresponsive after given order. But food quality was satisfactory
