The staff was very friendly. Passed on breakfast because it is all Gluten-Free and very drab and plain. No creamer for coffee only low fat or no fat milk, no sugar - GF options only.
Put into a room with 2 queen beds, I reserved king, had to switch. I'm there with my husband, never asked if a 2 queen room was ok, just sent me there, this was the 2nd shift of rooms, had a total of 3 before we got somewhat what I reserved. HATED the bathrooms do not close out to the rest of the room everyone in the room gets woke up if you use the bathroom in the night.
Best breakfast layout we've seen. The room fit all of us comfortably.
Remote for the TV lagged.

Whenever I vvisit this property somethinng is broken last visit it was the redt card reader and the hot tub. This time it was BOTH Clothes drivers. I love the format of the rooms here.
Older carpets (worn) but all else exceeded expectations
It was a great stay. They accommodated to my needs with needing two twin cribs , family friendly, clean, and overall nice!
Worked with 4 different front desk clerks and all were courteous and proficient. The problem was when we got to the first room we were assigned, it was not ready--door was ajar, lights on, towels weren't ready, bathroom vent cover open, insulation puffs from ceiling vent in toilet, etc. We were assigned another room and then hauled all our stuff to it. After we got settled, we found the TV did not work which the desk clerk said they had had previous problems with that TV. By the time Maintenance could not fix TV, but by the time they had rechecked TV, all the other rooms were filled and so they couldn't move us again. Also the water in the hotub was so loaded with chlorine we couldn't stay in it for only a few minutes, because our eyes were stinging so bad! The pool also had an overly strong concentration of chlorine. The pool is very small. Again I emphasize the staff was excellent and did their best to help us. We ended up working through our Expedia booking for refund.
The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had a couple issues with housekeeping not speaking enough English to understand when we needed something, so we had to go to the front desk. The breakfasts were lacking.
Only one day were the eggs not powdered. And it was cold.
The pool was overrun with kids. Parents brought pizza into the pool area and left it dirty. The only time we could get in without kids taking over, was when it was closed for cleaning. It would have been nice if there had been another separate pool and hot tub for adults only.
Room is nice, big and cleam
The high cost to have you dog, $50. and $5 for cleaning. Take a deposited and if bad keep, but twice sting...will not stay again at a zoo Marriott property. A $109, room ends up $186 dollars. The noicist part of evening were kids run down the halls and the stay free.
