Staffs were very nice! Love the way the hotel provides welcome cookies 🥰 The room was very clean and those linens were all smell pretty good too! We’ll definitely gonna book again in this hotel! Thank you staffs!

Pros:

Convenient, great little restaurant with good prices, nice seating areas throughout, pretty lobby and common areas, easy check in, very friendly staff, great room set-up, ample parking.

Cons:

Only negative was that rooms were a little run-down /dated - could use a slight freshen-up such as new paint, baseboards, etc. but room design and layout were great. Furnishing excellent. Please provide updated charging ports on both sides of the bed :)

This is a nice hotel in a good location. It was near Crystal Bridges museum which was convenient for a wedding we attended. We were happy with the room. There was a breakfast offered for $16.95 per person. That was disappointing because it was one of the more expensive hotels we considered and we thought it was included. Lesson learned.

The Hotel is located in a fantastic area for easy access to the State Highway and Major City streets to get you anywhere quickly.The Hotel Staff were very helpful and took care of any need we had.The Hotel was super clean starting from the parking lot and extended into the Hotel lobby and Hallways and Elevators and our room.This is in my top 5 of best Hotel experience I have had in my 56 years of life and Highly recommend the Hotel.

I Stayed 5 days and 4 nights and Even Though After Several Attempts to Talk with Management the Air Conditioning in My Room Did Not Work the Whole Time i Was There Except for the Very Last Night . Every Time I Went to the Desk to Request it Be Fixed i Was Merely Told We Are Trying to Get it Fixed . It Was Near 80 degrees in My Room my Entire Stay . It Was Cooler in the Hall Way Than it was in My Room , Its Ridiculous to Pay this kind of Money to Stay in a Supposedly Decent Place and then You Can't Even get Decent Service to Fix Any Issues You May Have . But They Didn't Have Any Trouble Taking My Money. But They Definitely Wont Get Any More of it i Can Promise That ... I Am Highly Disappointed in My Choice to Stay at The Double Tree in Bentonville Arkansas . . .
