I liked the friendliness of the staff and the hallways were clean .
Bathrooms could have used a good deep cleaning and some hooks could have been added for towel placement as well as toiletries. Our air conditioning did not keep up. Also there was not a working fan in the bathrr
Breakfast was above average. Food was very good, with extras like chopped walnuts appreciated. Liked two room suites, chair in bedroom, with comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent housekeeping staff. Quiet rooms. Crabtree & Evelyn amenities in bath.

Windows were dirty on the outside
We loved the Cafe and having breakfast every morning. We did enjoy it for dinner one night and my husband said it was the best club sandwich he ever had. The hamburger was just ok but other than that no complaints. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our nephew. Added a picture of the view from our 5th floor room.
The elevator smell. It was smelled like bad body odor in both elevators. They tried to cover up the smell with freshener but it didn’t help. Also our floor was hot when you got off the elevator.

The suite was spacious, functional and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The linens and towels were very nice. The bec was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable in helping us with dining recommendations.
The pillows were way too soft for my preference. The picture frame in the bathroom was worn and peeling. The air-conditioning was pretty loud.
Comfortable stay in a king suite with perfect room arrangement for multi-night stay. Bedroom and living space (microwave and mini-fridge) both have separate access to bathroom. Desk, sofa, and chair in living space. Lovely comfortable bed linens and pillows perfect. Very quiet. Large parking lot. Near many restaurants and shopping. Morning breakfast generous. EV charger requires Blink account.
My husband’s return flight to chicago was delayed- through the carrier he was prompted to book (accidentally) an emergency nonrefundable stay ONE MONTH from the date he needed.
When he got to the suites he discovered the mistake and that they were booked out.
We attempted to get a refund, explaining multiple times that this was an accident and not needed. The manager refused to give the money back, leaving us out almost $200.
Would NEVER stay there on principle since this is terrible customer service.
