Pros:

Collin, i think his name is, was extremely helpful with getting my reservation dates switched when i accidentally booked wrong dates! I was frantic and he was super helpful!

Cons:

I couldnt keep one of those great pillows!

Definitely the place you want to stay in this area.
Pros:

The large room size. The separate bedroom in the queen suite. The comfortable bed. The large bathroom and all the soap/shampoo supplies available. The hallways smelled so good and clean. The available coffee to go. The kitchen and all the supplies in it. The friendly staff.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not available in the morning @8. However, the housekeeping helped me instead (Got to give them credit). The pullout couch bed is not comfortable. The blankets in the room for the pullout couch bed are thin, and had to ask for more pillows and blankets for it. The bedroom in the queen suite I feel should have its own temperature controls. The bedroom heats up way faster than the living room/kitchen area. And no lotion in the bathroom.

Pros:

Liked the idea of a suite with a separate bathroom. The location was convenient too.

Cons:

The spa was down for mx, the sofa bed was not comfortable for my children . The lack of elevators meant we traveled by stairs due to convince.

Pros:

Hot tub closes at 10 pm. Would be nice to have it open late or 24 hours, since there is no pool for people to "play & be loud" during sleep hours. Some people are here for business some for vacations, either way, it would be great to be able to utilize the hot tub, no matter the hour you arrive, especially after a long drive.

Pros:

the room was really nice and specious. I was very clean. The only thing that would say about it was that I could not control the AC. The room got too cold. Besides that the area and the hotel, itself was very nice and convenient.
